Personally (not having seen callums pud tonight) my top 3 are Jean, Sally and amber

In fact, could they lock Prue behind the panelling in that room until next year and make her replace either Lorna or Ed. She's a much more interesting judge.

Yes, I agree. I think Amber and, especially, Sally's inspirations are more on point and would go for one of them.

If you want an ending note to the banquet surely you just add on coffee and After Eights after the pud?

Get the Duke of Marlborough to nip into the Blenheim kitchen to whip me up a coffee with a Drambuie in it and some whipped cream on top and I would be happy.

Bloody Ed suddenly getting all finicky about things being OTT.

Sally has had such a good week. Three lots of full marks but still only one course at the banquet is a bit weird though.
