It does look very good.

I read that they have to bring their own props during the heats but if they get to the banquet the producers help them scale up the amount, although they often have to revise their ideas due to costs.

This is straight up Oliver Twist plate of gruel

IIRC, there have been a couple of dishes in the past based around the idea of a tin can which were far better executed than this.

Now this is at least colourful.

This looks nice but the MBE prop is doing a lot of heavy work in connecting it to the brief.

Now this is right up my street. I love the colours. But unless it's French/British, it doesn't get past the judges.

I like the fact that Eran has tried to get the suffragette colours into the actual food and hasn't just relied on props, but it doesn't look pretty.

That sauce looks grim. Like something from an Indiana Jones film

Ooooo, rubs hands, this is going to be brutal!

I feel like that's where he went wrong - started by thinking "how can I get the colours" rather than taste.

I wonder if we have another few here that haven't practised, or not practised enough.
