Cassie's walking around with her tail between her legs, as Ken rumbled her nasty little game. Tracey saw through her but few others did, and Cassie's attempts to fool Tracey were lame. Hope still wants to be friends with her nan, but no-one wants Cassie around. She wants some love and friendship and support, but there's really very little to be found.

David wants someone to kill him so his family will be looked after. He wants someone to hit him with a car, these storylines are getting dafter! Kevin's got cancer it appears to be spreading, which is really quite worrying and sad. Rosie and Sophie haven't made an appearance yet, are they not worried about their dad?

Carla had her brother Rob's kidney, he's in jail for murder, under guard, but the guard is his girlfriend, and not be trusted, so escaping from the hospital wasn't hard. Abi's still struggling after seeing Mason killed, but trying to pull herself together. Her portrait of Kevin was a sight to behold, Debbie thought she'd be laughing forever.

Carla and Swain are still loved up, and Eileen's sister Julie's shown her face. She says she's got cancer, how awful if she has it too. Seems it's turning up all over the place. Leanne and Toyah's story has quietened down a bit, and the institution's in the past, Daisy's telling Daniel he's the baby daddy but he's not, I wonder how long the lie will last.

Jenny's about to be kicked off the deeds, at the Rovers against her wishes. Daniel's bailing her and Daisy out, and wants to make Daisy his missus. Max got a chunk of time in jail for setting fire to his house. And Dylan's incarcerated for possessing a knife, but is keeping as quiet as a mouse.

The Baileys have dwindled, and DeeDee where is she? Ronnie's still about, and easy on the eyes is he! I've probably missed something important I expect, and I'm sorry if I've missed something out. It's hard to remember everything and everyone, and make sure you don't miss nowt!

I can see why they may be hedging against a recast. We have already had one in the family and another one could just make them look like a bunch of strangers.

Lucille was popular character and left so abruptly, so glad she's acting again.

Unless Corrie have lost their minds again (entirely possible) Theo is married. No grown man nowadays would be scared of what his family thinks about him being gay unless his family is his wife. Poor Todd.

I know what you mean about the Baileys all looking like a bunch of strangers @zanahoria ! Aggie is not needed back full time, we’ve got plenty of Baileys, but you would think she’d be mentioned and D would get a phone call.

@Freysimo Aggie actress confirmed she left last year and she’s been filming Good Ship Murder.

I hope we are not going to see D’s complaint play out on screen as it would be a lot of boring paperwork which would take years to get anywhere.

By not referring to Aggie it's as though she was never there at all. The writers must think we've all got memory loss. Wasn't Aggie a nurse?

As for Todd and his new lover, doomed from the start 🫤. I thought Ken doll had already said he's married? Todd is having his heart broken as this can't end well 🫤

CS is so gloomy these days. I used to think EE was the only soap where you could watch a whole episode and not see a single person smile.

I wonder if there is just one half asleep writer left because no mention of Aggie or Deedee taking a phone call from her is as removed from reality as the sleeping arrangements of half of these houses. The writers don't seem to be able to make anything make sense.

Yes Todd seems fragile. He needs luurrrve and looking after. His gobby mother won't be much support. She can get lost. (I've never liked Eileen)

Not only married but married to someone is super adept at laundering his white vests, they are always in pristine condition.

I have never seen a scaffolder who looked like Theo or wore pristine white vests. They are always shrouded in hoodies and look like Phil Mitchell😆

I now think this heartbreak train for Todd is a plot device heading (eventually, probably next year) to him getting back with his one true love Billy.😐

Todd didn't look great beside the photo of the ever gorgeous Jason. He's looking like a slightly younger version of Kevin. I like Todd and George as undertakers.
I also like Julie's coat, it's like a coat from a romcom. Julie and Debbie together would have been amazing. I was hoping Julie could have a new treatment and be saved. But unless you need a kidney or miracle physio the hospital doesn't work miracles.

@Shellingbynight oh no, Todd deserves someone much better than Billy. I always loved the friendship that Todd and Paul had eventually. Paul confided in Todd more than he did Billy. Todd deserves to find his Paul.

There are plenty of gay people who aren't out to their families because of how they'd react!
I do agree that Theo is most likely married (to a woman) though.

Sean needs a nice partner too, one with a lot of money and a house far away. I like the occasional Todd and Sarah scene. Imagine an episode where everyone was happy and had good news.
