Peed off and sad about Martin, I have a soft spot for him.

I was laughing and crying the whole way through, they were superb!!

Lacey - superb acting.

I remember when he was born!

Nooo, not Martin. Why, that's just awful. Guess he just wanted to leave?
Their scenes were so well acted.

Can't say anymore, I'm in mourning.

It shouldn't have been Martin who died. It's nice having a normal bloke on screen, someone just happy plodding along not wanting to be a gangster like Ravi, Phil, etc.
Martin was the first baby born on Eastenders, it's like they've sealed their fate for the end of enders

So Dee obviously chose JackandJack?

Well that leaves Ravi and Priya to get it on then.

I love Martin and Stacey 😭

Guess it's the circle of life, but he is still too young to die

They did well there and live too

Lacey Turner is incredible, I couldn't even remember my own name at 5 weeks post partum!

I suppose that Lacey had time to learn her lines a bit , but still must have been hard to do
They are friends in real life too

I really thought Dee would go for Ravi, after what was said.
I think she'll change her mind v soon though. Fireworks to come?

I bet they find Reece alive and I hope they do as I want to find out about what caused Debbie's coma - there's still much untold.

Martin - I can't quite believe it.

Absolutely fuming about Martin. 15 years to the day Stacey lost Bradley too!! And Sonia has lost both her baby daddy’s in the same night 😢 (although Reiss deserved it, the fact Debbie had a stroke in the bath and he was killed by a bath? Karma right there🤣)

Reiss is definitely brown bread
No way is he coming back from that

This drama was too soon after the Nish drama and the who whacked Cindy (no hard enough) debacle. Couldn't do a better job but this 40th was lacking depth!

Could Saint Sonia's "newborn" be Lacey's real life baby, making her debut on EE? 🤗

Sonia's voice over was lovely though
I'm glad someone will have a happy ending at least.
Why didn't Stacey and Martin get out sooner ? If only eh.

Lacey was superb!

Lacey Turner is a very good actress. I remember when Stacey was having a breakdown and had to be coaxed off the roof of somewhere, she was really really excellent. Same with Patsy Palmer - she is sometimes extraordinarily good.

James Bye and Lacey Turner were so good. Shame it was Martin - as others have said, he is an everyman character who really grounds the show. He deserved Julia's theme, too. You knew he was a goner as soon as he suggested leaving the Square, though!
