Agree that the new Mitchell's are all pretty awful and I also liked Stevie who was much more authentic as an old school east ender and had personality. Nicola is just rough and jumpers is struggling with a lot of his lines I think.
I don't mind Barney , I believe he is autistic in real life ( so I've read ) and he must be a bit overwhelmed sometimes.

When Harry licked the sandwich the other day I was cringing ! He really hasn't any redeeming features at all and he seems the wrong sort to hold an alcoholic licence in order to help run the wine bar too! Dodgy one and best avoided ( although Penny liked him!)

I have no idea what my blood group is but they all seemed to know immediately - and start yelling about it!

I agree Teddy does not seem authentic. I really liked Stevie but the actor is 87 and probably not up for a long term role. I suppose viewers are expected to feel sorry for Teddy because Sharon cheated and Barney isn't his. But I don't care about him at all.

Harvey massively overstepped, I don’t know how he could be so clueless.

Penny and Harry are well suited, although he is worse than her!

I thought it was hilarious when Harry licked the sandwich, it WAS his, and his mum just swiped it and handed it to Barney.. its exactly the kind of crap siblings would do.

The fact Barney did it back yesterday made me laugh.

Him being Zacs kid is ridiculous though.. whoever did the casting can't have known because there is ZERO even passing resemblance between the two actors and they usually try and make some links in appearance to a point.

Before he died there was a scene where Martin was talking to Zack about Barney potentially being his son and he said “he does look like you”. Lol, where is the resemblance between tall, dark haired Zack and Barney?? 😂 And yes, they do usually try to cast actors that look a little bit like at least one parent. I’ve seen photos of the new Vicki and she has similar features to original Michelle. I thought the casting of young Phil in the flashbacks was clever because the actor had a look of Ben.

I was thinking today that if Sharon wasn't related to Zac she probably would have slept with him by now .. lol

I'm glad that Sonia and Bianca have made up even if it was a silly story and Peter needs to man up a bit if he is going to run a pie shop. Get some cctv as well.

I thought Martin was talking the piss when he said Barney looked like Zack. Because Zack is very handsome. And Barney isn't.

No, turns out that Barney is Zac's child.
I guess it brings him into the Mitchell circle now and makes Sharon Barney's aunt ? ( I think?)
Anyway, Nicola will tell Sharon she knows about Grant I suppose and try to stop Zac telling Barney he has a new dad. What a mess eh?

Not only is Zac is good looking, he is a nice guy and hasn't committed any serious crimes unlike most of the Square. Who will be his next girlfriend...

I did wonder if he may hook up with Nicola again, but that seems unlikely now I suppose.
He seems to prefer older women and apart from Kathy , there aren't many of those around either! Gina hasn't got a boyfriend. She is nice.
Whitney was a bit younger than him , so he does mix it up!
I suppose it'll be months of him not telling Barney his the daddy. But no real idea where that will go

I don't think that Zac is related to the Knights , but never say never with EE ! Who'd thought that Barney would turn out to be his child?
He started off young , carefree and single and ended up with a child , one who sadly didn't survive and now a teenager with ADHD ( or whatever Barney's diagnosis is, I'm not sure ) and found out Sharon was his half sister and so on etc.
As well as battling HIV and losing his friend Martin
They put the characters through it don't they !

Vicki is coming with a boyfriend and a son , but that doesn't mean much with the merry go round of beds and affairs that go on almost daily ! 😆

Vicki is 38, so just the right age for Zack. Her and Ross reappear / appear next week.

One thing I had missed was that Grant has a kid with Michelle..... that had me googling

I’d like Gina to get together with Jay, I thought they had a really good chemistry when she was helping him during his brief addiction to whatever drugs he was taking.

Zac and Gina are not related but everyone has some kind of tangential relationship on EE, let’s see,

I thought it had to be that because there is no way on earth that anyone would think Barney looks like Zack. Even if they thought they were both good looking men. But I then have to remember, Eastenders isn't real

Martin either needed specs or was joking, it was a daft line but I suppose was included so the revelation didn't come completely out of the blue!

This is a place where a man like Ian Beale has managed to marry at least 5 very attractive/stunning women.

Phil potato head Mitchell has pulled and fathered countless children with women who could have their pick of men.

Don’t get me started on Billy and Honey.

So EE definitely isn’t based on any kind of reality😂

I can see Phil's attraction tbh ( although he wouldn't fancy me) but not Ian. He has few redeeming features and seems a bit too smug.

It’s even more mind blowing that Jack and Stacey share a grandchild. Laying aside them sleeping together, which is awful enough, he looks old enough to be her dad.

Ian/Cindy and Max share baby Abby as a grandchild but she’s never mentioned either.
