The drama continues…

These chefs are very good. As compared to the last few heats

Sunbird24 · 04/03/2025 20:50

They’re all helping each other nicely too

Yep, it's proper vintage GBM. High standard, mega props, dressing up, true competition. Best one in ages.

PotterHead1985 · 04/03/2025 20:52

Last one not enough salt, this one too much. Moany hole. Salt it yourself

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 04/03/2025 20:52

Let's face it, most of the Welsh dishes were so awful, they might want to co-opt hers!

I am properly enjoying this region. It's like GBM used to be! Fun, props, and all under-pinned by good chefs who can cook!

EsmaCannonball · 04/03/2025 20:53

The way Harry rubbed that hot skewer against his goatee to test the temperature was very reminiscent of someone in the middle of torturing Guy Fawkes. This is truly classic GBM.

They all like this one.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 04/03/2025 20:56

And to think we won't know what 2 of the mains or desserts could've been......

He's having to pick things apart. On previous weeks, we were lucky the judge didn't vomit.

EsmaCannonball · 04/03/2025 20:56

'Pickled cockle popcorn' is reminding me of that episode of One Foot in the Grave where Victor Meldrew accidentally buys Cop Porn.

littlbrowndog · 04/03/2025 20:58

Omg

Sunbird24 · 04/03/2025 20:59

Poor David

Sending home 7s and 8s when much lower scores have gone through.
Can they not save them all

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 04/03/2025 20:59

Wow. If ever there was a week to let them all go through, it was this one.

lettingthedaysgoby · 04/03/2025 20:59

Re-enter him from Wales!

EsmaCannonball · 04/03/2025 20:59

Ooh, and the Dr Johnson dish looked so beautiful. This is so unfair. In another heat he probably would at least have made it to the final.

Boo! I don't like unfairness. He's better than some who are through to the final eight.

namechangingeasy · 04/03/2025 20:59

This is so sad when you look at last week.

littlbrowndog · 04/03/2025 20:59

What ffs. Sort this out GBM these are great chefs

ChonkyRabbit · 04/03/2025 21:00

Aww he's so sad. Makes me even more annoyed at the ones who were all "I didn't even practice lol"

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 04/03/2025 21:01

They should've given him a bye for dressing as Florence Nightingale....

PotterHead1985 · 04/03/2025 21:07

He was so sad it made me sad

ItisIbeserk · 04/03/2025 22:48

He’s gone home with a higher mark after two dishes than some of the Welsh ones had after three courses I think. It’s ridiculous.

Octocat · 05/03/2025 08:24

Oh, David’s reaction was heartbreaking! A mixture of shock and distress, poor man.

Is there only one wildcard dish for the whole show, or can there be one for each course?

PotterHead1985 · 05/03/2025 20:00

Evening all. I wonder who and what we will be served tonight. Optimistic after last night

PotterHead1985 · 05/03/2025 20:04

Andis top looks stained in certain lights. Not good
