Kevin may have cancer that's all that he needs
But Tim and Sally seem sound
Amy seems troubled I hope she's OK
And with Leanne and Tracey, mischief is abound

David and Shona are always on their toes
Scared of Harvey's heavies coming at them
Eva has left, will a few more will leave soon?
Will things be quite different by the next full moon?

All the old regulars don't appear much these days
Or any funny storylines or good feeling

Daisy is pregnant but who's the daddy

Agreed! Never before has an off screen character's name been mentioned as often. Will Mellor should have negotiated some kind of name royalties.

The only way we will ever be free of Harvey is if another prisoner sticks a knife in his ribs (please!) They make him out to be some kind of big mafia boss whose tentacles reach everywhere including the police force.

Harvey <our home grown godfather> has no place in a soap about a small cobbled back street, which is apparently the crime capital of Britain theses days. I think probably more women watch corrie than men, and I think that most of those women watch it in spite of the crime, not because of it.

Exactly. Nobody wants all this crime. The odd crime/person gone rogue storyline yes, but not all this ridiculous amount of crime that we keep being fed.

It would match the patheticness of david being willing to be killed for the sake of a few grand. I mean nick gave him 4 didn't he? I'm sure Gail and Audrey could stump up 3k each without Audrey having to do overtime in her sex dungeon in Grassmere Drive.

It really is. I could kind of get his desperation and tbf most of the idiotic things he does are always to protect his family, so it does fit his character, but only if it was a huge sum of money that was totally unobtainable.

Well yeah. As some people have said, surely David could ask someone - like Audreh. She always seems to be minted. Like Rita. Bottomless pit of money!

If and it's a big if David's plan goes ahead it would (in normal families) mean that his mother (remember Gail? 🙄) would be informed and have to rush back and deal with the tragedy. We know Gail is not coming back.

I doubt very much David's plan is happening. So what's next in the oh so realistic everyday life of a little cobbled street community 🫤🤪
