Just caught up on couples retreat so I can watch the dinner party tonight. Has Lauren seen MAFS before... she's so cold and so rude but then she was in the very first show. Team Jamie here. Carina and Rhi quite disappointing. And Clint is an idiot! Comes to something when Adrian being reasonable!

Clint is a weak and feeble man. He laughed along with Lauren which makes him complicit in her meanness - and she won't thank him for it. She already thinks he's not an alpha. She holds him in as much contempt as she does everyone else

Carina is just dreadful and incredibly manipulative! The girls were not all yelling at Lauren UNTIL she was incredibly rude to ALL of them. Jamie is by far the nicest and I really felt for her. Lauren is not anywhere near as special as she thinks she is. Can't wait for it all to come out.

I’ve not watched the Dinner Party yet but Jamie has been stitched up by those harpies who love her when she’s defending them. Absolutely outrageous.

Lauren is friends with Jonno from last year, she cannot claim to not know what MAFS is like.

I think Lauren and Jamie think the other will be getting the villain edit this year.

Jacqui seems to think that the reason that Carina and Rhy sided with/ supported Lauren was because they believed that Lauren was getting a favourable edit after the whole Eliot debacle.

Veronica's behaviour has been very odd. I get that she may be guarded after finding out about Lauren and that she doesn't feel a connection with Elliot but they were all over each other at the retreat.

Dave's turnaround is such a shock. I feel sorry Jamie. Maybe he didn't say I love back but that would have been an ideal time to voice something. I agree though - I think something happened between the Veronica and Dave.

I think Dave just realised that life with Jamie would always consist of drama, feuds, taking sides and loyalty tests. He's over it.

I re-watched their section on at the commitment ceremony after family week. He states he's feeling warm and excited thinking about the future, where he's going to store his bike when she comes over etc.
I think although the term is over used, he got the "ick" from how she demanded priority not loyalty at the dinner party, which was then reprimanded by the experts. And he's done, over it, shut off.

I’m a bit bored by this series now. I firmly believe Jacquie is acting / a plant. Her tear-less crying is ridiculous and she finds any and every opportunity to bicker with Ryan, although he is equally as awful.

I also think Veronica and Dave hooked up at the wife swap.

I want Jacquie and Ryan to leave because it’s ridiculous, but at the same time, everyone else is as boring as fuck and entirely unconvincing.

i won’t be watching final vows (apart for J&R is they get there) because it’ll just be boring platitudes and no substance.

Dave and TJ are getting such a hard time for “not feeling it”. Everyone comes down so hard on the partners who haven’t fallen in love?!
