Is it just me or did Awhina’s mum seem REALLY annoyed that the other family had more twins than she did 😂 I thought it was a bit shit she mentioned Awhina’s son in her speech and didn’t at least give Awhina the heads up.

also her stepdad gave this beautiful speech and started talking about how “since I met my wife and the twins when they were only 3, my life has been…” and Awhina said “Time out!” So she talk in private to Adrian. I thought that was unpardonably rude. Could she not have waited a few minutes? That conversation did NOT need to happen that second.

Also can I just say that I know Elliot is a prick, and vain, and not half the catch he thinks he is. BUT…I’m gonna defend him a bit here.

I think it’s shit that he was vocal that he wanted a woman under 30 and to have a big family and they gave him a woman 2 years older than he is who wants one kid because she likes small cars. I think if you do want a big family that’s a lot of years of pregnancy and starting at 37+ - or even 39/40+ presuming they want a few years just them two - isn’t fair or very feasible. It’s not like he says “She doesn’t like toast so I’m bowing out” he is talking about a core life decision/value. And I agree with him about luxury luggage. To me someone who spends hundreds on luggage just for the label rather than the practicality is not the superficial materialistic kind of person I’d go for

Yes I know it’s a blind date type show and you can’t guarantee what you get, but if you actually give reasonable deal breakers like age and desires for a family, they should be listened to.

Tim, what a coward - he should just say he's not attracted to her although Katie is also very sensitive. He's no oil painting and I reckon she could do better. Hopefully she'll gain some confidence after this and go full 'Polly' and stick two fingers up to him.

Eliot thinks he's gods gift to womankind (as does Ryan). Where on earth do these inflated ego's come from? Eliot is just downright weird and Lucinda has had a lucky escape. Shame the experts didn't listen to the brief a bit better though as Lucinda has now missed out. She was too vacuous for him also.

I don't think Tony is ready for Merona (sp). She's a confident woman, maybe too ballsy for him.

Jacqui and Ryan- won't last long. Way too fragile ego's. Jacqui is very transactional, it's all about the list, same as Eliot.
