Elma has suddenly developed a very strong Essex accent, she sounds completely different!

@ergos yes I know. But if even if she wasn’t married I don’t think she would as she’s too big for LI now. I feel the same, to a lesser degree, about Zara. She’s done a few documentaries for BBC and I think she’s moved on from that scene.

Sam is a regular on Aftersun also so surely would be very very awkward if Zara were to go in?

Argh Ronnie and the washing machine kiss!. He's quite amusing but his whole vibe is so unattractive imo, don't understand why they all flock to him!

Wasn't sure about Elma at first but I'm really warming to her, she seems very easygoing and genuine. Remains to be seen how Olivia will pan out, wasn't a fan of her last time!

Luca isn't getting much of a look in with the girls which will no doubt piss him off. Then again he seems to reject people quite easily. He seems quite dismissive too- when chatting to Olivia he kept staring in the opposite direction!

I didn't watch Scott's series so don't know anything about him but he seems to love himself a bit. Also what was with him stirring asking Elma about kaz and Ronnie going to the garden?

Nas and Katherine haven't had much screen time yet - not sure I'd put them together but they're both likeable characters. Katherine is stunning.

Nooooo Casey!! He was one of the worst islanders ever, why in gods name have they brought him back? Kaz was a bit churlish having a go as soon as he arrived but true to form he was sneery and defensive in response.

Can't stand casey- the only thing he did which made me laugh was when he mentioned Georgia saying that she talked to his dead grandad during one of her seances

Nas and catherine have no chemistry i think

Something feels a bit weird with the men this year. Nas and luca seem to be struggling a little

Why oh why do they have Luca, Ronnie and Casey back in there. All horrendous man babies who can't take responsibility for anything and treat the women like sht.

Totally agree with this. Although Luca and Casey are at least somewhat pleasing to the eye. I do not get the fascination with Ronnie though - personally I don't find him attractive in any way. Yet the girls seems to flock to him!

I heard the rumour that Harriet is coming in as a bombshell which will certainly stir things up for him and his lothario ways.

Ronnie is confident and fairly funny but do agree he's unattractive generally. Casey is good looking but horrible personality and Luca is just a bit off generally. Luca seems a bit shifty.

Would not put Ronnie & Sexy in the same sentence! Each to their own, but I just don't get the attraction.

Just seen the first look for tonight and there might be a recoupling. Will be interesting to see who Ronnie ends up with.

😄😄 it's how he carries himself - a hot man doesn't need to be pretty just needs to have confidence and strength - see for example, pretty casey 🤭

On a side note, rumoured bombshells are: Gemma Owen, Harriett, Leah Taylor, Grace, the guy who was with Ella, Sammy, Ron, Lucinda, and Abi (the one who was with Mitch). Seems too girl heavy, they need a better standard of men for the girls!

Luca is phoning it in. Really quiet so far. Wonder if he's met someone but couldn't refuse the opportunity or something. That or the age range is too big if he's still only 25 and the others are mostly 30s. Maybe he'll get into it.

Glad Ekin Su and Curtis got that out of the way. They can camp it up together. She's an odd lot. Watchable, beautiful, and I'm sure a fine person but a combination of both very awkward and very forward. Makes a lot of huge sounding statements that consist of nothing. I'm not sure this will go the way she thinks it will as it's all been seen before.

Refreshing seeing a lass with short hair! Really looks great

I felt for Gabby but they seem to be hashing it out a lot better than liberty and Jake, say, where it wrongfooted their whole experience. Maybe it just wasn't a huge shock after last year.

Catherine and Nas don't have blazing chemistry but are getting on well. Stranger things have happened than a slow burn between two nice people but I think just friends.

Didn't Casey avoid Georgia when she claimed to have spoken to his dead grandad? Not sure than makes him the baddie! He has RBF but warms up when animated.

The do need more hot men for these girls

ES is stunning but her personality with the boys just seems to consist of very over the top flirting.

I think deep down ES is very self conscious. So her over the top suggestive comments and behaviour is her over compensating for that.

I want to like her, and I do feel for her, I don't think she has many close female friends who she can really trust - but she needs let people see the real her and not the actress version.

She is so awkward - as soon as its saw she was announced for cbb i knew it wasn't gonna go well

I can't stand ES,she was awful on CBB too.

Curtis has definitely aged well ,hasn't he?!
