Also, do the contestants not know by now that the last few to come in to breakfast are the ones that were at risk of murder (and therefore are faithfuls)? How do you think this works filming wise?

this has been discussed many times, they film breakfast in many different combinations and then edit hugely, past contestants have complained about how long it takes, so what we are seeing is not how they would see it. The final three bit is for our delectation

Sammy900 · 04/01/2025 11:46

I reckon the three that got off the train will be able to choose to kick a player out and swop in...they were so self sacrificing initially and this is the pay back. Gutted I've got to wait until Weds

misunderstoodmetoo · 04/01/2025 11:46

Thanks for the explanation both. Noted that it's been discussed previously - given the thread is over 1300 messages, I have not read every single post.

Joe's behaviour has been clocked. Note upthread I have added him yo my "Irritating" list.

People go on my irritating list when I don't like their behaviour. Jake should be on there by rights, but saved himself by getting off the boat. Though fair to say he's pencilled in due to his other behaviour.

Joe and Dan are both written on it, in pen.

I've a few others pencilling in, unfairly because they remind me of people i know in real life.

Dan is on my list. In green felt tip. Underlined. Snarky little sneak.

Same I really don’t like him especially after the way he spoke to Jake. Agree with pp that he would be the type in the office to make himself look good

Jake was right in that during the missions it’s team work that’s important to increase the money. You can be selfish when it comes to the round table, but not during the missions.

My DH called him a snake last night and so that’s what he will be referred to here until he goes

madamegaskell · 04/01/2025 12:32

Joe is awful! Whiney and humourless. Don't like him at all.

Also very much on Jake's side when it comes to the mission question- in previous series everyone has been all in when it came to the mission whereas this lot are much more selfish which is not as endearing.

I like Minah so far. Intrigued by the vicar lady, interested to see how she will develop as a character.

Wonderfulstuff · 04/01/2025 12:39

Well I can understand where Kaz's upset came from. Jake saying that he saves lives by day and kills by night because of the doctor connection was a bit much. Unfortunately for Kaz this bunch seem to be suspicious of anyone who can string together a coherent sentence.

TheUsualChaos · 04/01/2025 12:41

Not really liking any of the guys so far really except Kasim who is likely to be banished soon mainly due the other males feeling inferior and wanting him out 🙄

Lentilweaver · 04/01/2025 12:43

I remember fondly how Imran, the scientist from S 1 who was also voted out for being clever and 'sneaky'- the usual term for achieving POC- refused to cry and beg for his life.
And how last season they all flatly refused to listen to Jaz, who was also very dignified.
Some of the weepy moany contestants this year could learn something from them

I remember Imran from series 1. We hardly got to know him amd I would have liked to have seen him go further.

He barely got to do or say anything yet at the Round table, Alex gave him an ultimatum to change her mondnonnwhybhes notba traitor and cry baby Theo practically banged his name board when revealing who they is a traitor.

Lentilweaver · 04/01/2025 12:51

Imran was a bit over the top but would have been a good asset. Though Kas really should have voted for Armani. And so should Linda. They are not playing smartly at the moment.

ShesNotACowShesAFox · 04/01/2025 12:52

We’ve definitely discussed in previous year how the POC are often our first and no one left in the final.

Remember the fella who started crying at breakfast is season 1 because the girl he fancied had a boyfriend 😂 bloody dweeb.

I follow Alex on Instagram she’s still with Tom and does a lot around autoimmune disease (she has a mystery illness I believe)

xsquared · 04/01/2025 13:05

Wasn't Tom a magician?

xsquared · 04/01/2025 13:05

Wasn't Tom a magician?

He was!

Shame he couldn’t use his magic to stop himself from shouting “Shes not a traitor she’s my girlfriend” at breakfast 😂

Sorry Tom how does that not make her a traitor?!

dapsnotplimsolls · 04/01/2025 13:07

I'm surprised she's still with him, he came across as a right arse.

ShesNotACowShesAFox · 04/01/2025 13:08

I’m also getting sick of them saying “Kas you’d make a great traitor, that’s why I think you’re a traitor”.

Um, it isn’t self elected, you moronic, Claudia picks. They’d probably all make great traitors but it depends on who Claudia picks. Did they forget this bit happened?!

ShesNotACowShesAFox · 04/01/2025 13:09

He really did. And not very bright. He threw her right under the bus blurting out the secret the said they’d keep

She was NOT happy. I posted the clip on the first thread, such an amazing episode.

CaveMum · 04/01/2025 13:24

I miss them getting shields in the armoury. I liked the fact that they could hide who had it in order to protect a few Faithful from murder and also that the Traitors could use it as cover to recruit.

I don't know...the game is not designed to reward self sacrifice and noble behaviour, that's the point of it!

Jellykat · 04/01/2025 13:28

I'm really liking army Barbie, think she will get far..
Poor Kas, the whole theory given by Curtains, that as a doctor he saves people in the day and murders people at night, is the most dumb arse theory ever! 😂

I really didn’t like that Keith was voted out early for this reason. I wonder if it had been on his mind since because he looked absolutely gobsmacked when he was told that Minah was a traitor.

In fact there’s only 1 white traitor to 2 non-white but they’ve only chose to murder POC so far.

dapsnotplimsolls · 04/01/2025 13:42

Keith wuz robbed.

Youreabadbanana · 04/01/2025 13:56

The only option is to murder Maia, she isn't suspected now and all the others up for murder have in one way or another been mentioned as traitors, except maybe Minah.

Dd thinks Linda is Alex's grandmother.
