Feeling really sorry for Kas at this point

My 13yo has discovered traitors so very excited to have someone irl to share it with as dh utterly rejects watching it unfortunately

Piggywaspushed · 04/01/2025 10:27

I can just see him in an interview talking about how he led a project with examples that his colleague actual did and getting the job on foot of it

And I think that's exactly what Joe would do to get promoted in teaching. And , yes, I too am definitely projecting!!

Just joining in now as finally caught up with the previous threads

Armani was not just too much, she was EVERYTHING.
So obvious she was going to be the weakest link amongst the traitors.

Would have loved Yin to have stayed in.
She's an interesting character.

I think she and Armani would be great <in the same series> of Big Brother 😏

Like Minah, Kas and Soldier Barbie.
Can't really differentiate between the rest of the men yet, only Jake, Freddie and Tyler.

Excited for the return of the Train3, wonder what their roles will be.

Ooh, I didn't know the train three were coming back? Must have missed that.

claudiaswinklemen · 04/01/2025 10:37

Still catching up with everyone's thoughts and struck by how Armani divides opinions. She's confident, brash, outspoken and with a low tolerance to control and power. Some people are drawn to this energy and others find it very off-putting. Fascinating.

I also liked the dynamic between Dan (who gets that it's a game and the only way to play successfully is complete self-interest) and Jake (who gets that it's a game and the only way to play successfully is cooperation and team work). Again, this divides the viewers. I know that I'd have been stuck on the first pontoon, a complete team player, watching in complete disbelief the others row gaily past the money. That's why I'd be absolutely rubbish at Traitors and hate the experience.

Snowmanscarf · 04/01/2025 10:48

Was Anna the one in the line green ensemble?

MabelMora · 04/01/2025 10:53

Yes. We've barely seen her.
I can't stand Joe and his bitchy comment about getting Kasim out so can't do any more toasts.
Going way back, I thought Tyler was quite exasperated with all the weeping and wailing and just said, 'I know it's your sister but it's a game, come on, get a grip!' Quite understandable!
I think my daughters would just go oh my God you devious cow and start laughing hysterically 😂.

MerrilyOnhigh · 04/01/2025 10:57

arrigatto · 03/01/2025 21:39

But you can't argue with dan's logic. I'm in his side!

Me too. I enjoyed his straight talking last night. Go Dan!

MissMoneyFairy · 04/01/2025 11:03

I don't like Jo, he's bullying Kas and Jake getting so worked up about the boat challenge that he had to leave the room was a bit otut but understand that he felt cheated, no one knew they didn't have to leave the boat but it's just a game

slightlydistrac · 04/01/2025 11:04

Interesting that at least two of the men seem to think that a woman crying is somehow doing it manipulatively and for effect, rather than from genuine upset, and have been quite caustic towards them over it.

ValentineBlack · 04/01/2025 11:10

I can’t stand Joe, agree with whoever said he’s annoyed at Kas has got the “clever one” title and wants it from himself – but he’s clearly nothing like as clever as Kas. Dan I don’t mind as he’s upfront it’s a game and his attacks aren’t personal.

Theyvwould not have included that footage of Jake and Minah unless it leads to something – Ihighly doubt they are in a relationship but her saying oh you will see me again is exactly the kind of thing you’d pick up on and think how can she be so confident.

Tyler, Anna, Barbie and the vicar all playing blinders

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 04/01/2025 10:20

Yes Joe and Dan look very similar looks (and personalities). Joe has glasses is the way to decipher.

Dan strikes me as the sort of person who claims the glory of other people's hard work. I can just see him in an interview talking about how he led a project with examples that his colleague actual did and getting the job on foot of it. I may be projecting there.

You see, I think that sounds more like Joe rather than Dan.

I don't like Joe either, as he seems to be sucking up to Jake, and others being so sure about Kas being a traitor. It's like Jake is the bully with Joe as his weaker tag along.

Lentilweaver · 04/01/2025 11:12

They are going to look so foolish when they vote Kas out.

Hmmm, Elen said on Uncloaked about Armani and her dramatic weepy performance at the breakfast table waiting for her sister, and Elen was definitely female. I think some people have lower tolerance for tears than others. Tyler was making the point that it's a game.

It would wipe the smirk off their faces for sure!

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 04/01/2025 00:00

To me she completely accepted she was misguided in her tactics and advice and was joking they wouldn't cope without her. Least she thought Minah was doing an excellent job - Linda less so but just might limp though.

I agree Kaz would be a good recruit, but he might be banished before they get a chance. If he survives Wednesday then they need to recruit because I bet they will banished him Thursday and think they have an original traitor. Well uness the newbies upset the apple cart.

I agree with this. I actually warmed to her seeing her on uncloaked - she can clearly take a joke and was ready to have a laugh about how wrong she’d got it. Still would find her v annoying as a colleague with her constant chat and dominance but she came across as less arrogant.

I thought it was quite revealing when she said something at the round table to the effect of “you’re not being fair, I’ve been playing the game fairly by discussing with everyone between round tables whereas you’ve all blindsided me here” (paraphrasing). And similar in her “guidance” to her fellow traitors.

She could only see one way to play the game. Whereas by the time of Uncloaked she seemed to acknowledge that everyone has their own strategy.

MerrilyOnhigh · 04/01/2025 10:57

Me too. I enjoyed his straight talking last night. Go Dan!

Yes the logic no one needed to get out as they wanted Sheila from murder was brilliant. Just need to ignore the fact if no one got out, no one would have got a shield. He'd have been angry if no one got off. Saw that emerging on the train.

He's not straight talking, he just has an inpotent personality.

misunderstoodmetoo · 04/01/2025 11:26

Also, do the contestants not know by now that the last few to come in to breakfast are the ones that were at risk of murder (and therefore are faithfuls)? How do you think this works filming wise?

Joe and Dan are similar personalities i think. Both are on my irritating list!!

ThePoshUns · 04/01/2025 11:29

It's funny how we are finding the men interchangeable and no real standouts apart from Tyler because of floppy 90s hair.
I am really liking army Barbie and I hope now her sister is gone Maia can step out of her shadow.

fairydust11 · 04/01/2025 11:29

ShesNotACowShesAFox · 04/01/2025 00:35

That was the best UK episode of the Traitors ever! I absolutely loved the conflict on the boat and outing Armani

I agree. An excellent episode, glad Armani has gone - Maia’s doubts really cemented it for people.
I do feel sorry for Kas, when he goes - which I think he will, hopefully people will turn on Joe as he seems to be the driving force.

I think either Dan or Leon would be good new traitor recruits.

Confused765 · 04/01/2025 11:36

Someone earlier said that Jake’s girlfriend has been on TikTok? However, I am sure he had a wedding ring on last night?

I don’t think Linda is a strong traitor but it’s hilarious to watch her act badly.

I really don’t understand why they’ve all turned against Kas and what he has done wrong.

I would murder a quiet one. Then that means no one is safe and would encourage more people to talk.

JessyCarr · 04/01/2025 11:36

I don’t mind Dan. I get where he’s coming from. But it was Jake who said the thing about “it makes sense: doctor by day, killer at night” which is just ridiculous. And Joe is apparently just there for the pile-on, with little of substance contributed so far.

Confused765 · 04/01/2025 11:39

I am currently on episode 4 of series 2 as well. Can’t wait to see the downfall of Paul!

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 04/01/2025 11:28

I disagree. Joe is a follower whereas Dan has his own mind.

Because as has been said a number of times on this thread they film loads of breakfast entrances with different combinations and only broadcast the one with those considered for murder last.
