Maybe the hitting at nursery is going to signal that Theo is a psychopath like the dad! Or maybe it was just so that the rich family could get their hands on him via the childcare.

I've watched too many dramas but I think I can guess what happened!!

Ignoring all the blatant procedural errors...

We are on E3, I think Lucy swapped them.

But Miles is an abusive SOB.and definitely something dodgy going on with him.

But I swear I have seen/read this before...

I have just watched 1&2 and read through the thread. Lucy’s line in the speech about begging neighbours for money made no sense. What did she mean? Is it a clue that Miles is financially controlling.

The baby monitor that Miles gave them can be linked to a phone. Did he already link it to his phone? Is he watching in their house?

To me it is so unrealistic swapping babies with medical needs. I think the real baby swaps that have happened have all been well babies. My first was ill at birth and had repeated tests and treatments. It wouldn’t have made sense if she had been swapped with a baby with different problems. The hospital did forget to label her until the next day but ?luckily? She had a very distinctive pattern of bruising and swelling so she was identifiable!

I couldn’t believe Miles told Theo he loved him best in front of David! How insensitive!

Lucy's line makes sense.
They were doing a fundraising event. She was simply referring to that. She was asking all the attendees ('her neighbours') to dig deep and donate money basically (ie begging for money)
