Wonder if they'll have a son or a daughter?
Joel's story lingers on, that's really too bad.
And now we have to put up with his mum and his dad.

Lauren's gonna do time, I wonder how long.
I guess she deserves it as she has done wrong.
Gail's gonna leave soon, after 50 whole years.
It'll be such a shame, there will many tears!

Bethany's putting on a brave face, though she's had a tough ride.
Daniel's still boring, and Kit's always snide.
Daisy's always got a snooty little pout.
And looks like she might just knock someone out..

Toyah and Nick have been secretly smooching.
Leanne knows all about it though, as she's always mooching.
Debbie's so funny, and Eileen's so droll
And Roy, a real favourite, is one of the best characters of all

Carla and Swain are getting quite close.
Not such a secret now, and nearly everyone knows.
Mason the baddie has gone quite good.
And Betsy always acts like she's Queen of the Hood!

Not much more to review for now.
But it's happy new year to us all.
I wonder how the Corrie cast will celebrate?
I bet they will have a ball.

Awww god, this is upsetting. He’s acting this brilliantly well.

This is actually really good. Mason is brilliant and I like the way he was dreaming of a better life whilst lying on the ground.

Tim’s monologue just then reminded me of Gail when Aidan committed suicide

Can I join to say that episode has slightly restored my faith in Coronation Street writers. Really moving and well acted.

What would happen in real life to Dylan as he brought the knife to the scene even though he didn’t use it?

That was the only shit bit about tonight. And there's no way Asha would have broken the news he was dead.

I don't usually get emotional over soaps but that episode was heartbreaking.

Gurning Betsy was vile!

I thought they got the balance right tonight,very well acted.

There were 2 other paramedics on the ambulance so guessing Ashsa is not fully trained yet.

That was gripping in such a sad way 😕 Tim and Sally discussing knife crime... the message was loud and clear but stabbings are increasing sadly. Very emotional to watch. 🙁

Best episode in a very long time.
Shame they killed off one of the best characters in ages.
Outstanding performance from Luca Toolan, think he’s destined for a great future, and we’ll be seeing him in some good dramas. Far too talented for soaps.
