So many women pregnant, is there something in the water?
Wonder if they'll have a son or a daughter?
Joel's story lingers on, that's really too bad.
And now we have to put up with his mum and his dad.

Lauren's gonna do time, I wonder how long.
I guess she deserves it as she has done wrong.
Gail's gonna leave soon, after 50 whole years.
It'll be such a shame, there will many tears!

Bethany's putting on a brave face, though she's had a tough ride.
Daniel's still boring, and Kit's always snide.
Daisy's always got a snooty little pout.
And looks like she might just knock someone out..

Toyah and Nick have been secretly smooching.
Leanne knows all about it though, as she's always mooching.
Debbie's so funny, and Eileen's so droll
And Roy, a real favourite, is one of the best characters of all

Carla and Swain are getting quite close.
Not such a secret now, and nearly everyone knows.
Mason the baddie has gone quite good.
And Betsy always acts like she's Queen of the Hood!

Not much more to review for now.
But it's happy new year to us all.
I wonder how the Corrie cast will celebrate?
I bet they will have a ball.

The name of Tracey’s shop always annoys me, it should be called Barlow’s Blooms, as if Tracey would keep the shop name after an ex who unceremoniously dumped her for someone else.

I think Robert had split up Michelle as he had gotten that Irish woman pregnant (and kept it a secret!).

Maybe not yet as investigation ongoing and defence might want another post mortem.

No not yet. Maybe he was a direct cremation. Maybe no-one in the street/in his life cares about him enough to arrange one! He's been dead 3 weeks, so his funeral should have happened now I should imagine! (Or be pretty close anyway.)

As I say, Leanne is too old for this storyline (IMO.) Having her accidently get pregnant at 45 after one shag with a man, is too far fetched a storyline. 10 years younger, yeah it could happen. But not at her age.

I LOLd when Nick was dating Erica a few years ago (played by Claire King.) She 'accidently' fell pregnant by him, but miscarried. She was 52. Ludicrous storyline The chances of a woman becoming pregnant at that age naturally - is infinitesimal!

Was going to say when have facts and logic ever stopped the soaps from doing mad storylines - eg Erica! (And Sharon and Denise in Eastenders were around 50 having babies too!)

I felt really sorry for her as in real life she wasn't able to have children. Must have been hard to act out.

I know this is a bit random, but I saw on fb that the white car Abi had with the abandoned baby in it had the same reg as a police car when Fred Elliott was around, about 10 years ago.

Fred's been gone a lot longer than 10 years I'm sure!
