So many women pregnant, is there something in the water?
Wonder if they'll have a son or a daughter?
Joel's story lingers on, that's really too bad.
And now we have to put up with his mum and his dad.

Lauren's gonna do time, I wonder how long.
I guess she deserves it as she has done wrong.
Gail's gonna leave soon, after 50 whole years.
It'll be such a shame, there will many tears!

Bethany's putting on a brave face, though she's had a tough ride.
Daniel's still boring, and Kit's always snide.
Daisy's always got a snooty little pout.
And looks like she might just knock someone out..

Toyah and Nick have been secretly smooching.
Leanne knows all about it though, as she's always mooching.
Debbie's so funny, and Eileen's so droll
And Roy, a real favourite, is one of the best characters of all

Carla and Swain are getting quite close.
Not such a secret now, and nearly everyone knows.
Mason the baddie has gone quite good.
And Betsy always acts like she's Queen of the Hood!

Not much more to review for now.
But it's happy new year to us all.
I wonder how the Corrie cast will celebrate?
I bet they will have a ball.

Daisy is too good for boring old Daniel.

Daisy has grown on me.
If she sticks around long enough I can see her being the next Bet Lynch.

I like Daisy too, with her dry one liners. Daniel though - so full of himself.

I knew Kit wouldn’t be happy about the pregnancy. Daniel will step up and raise the child with Daisy ( thinking the child is probably his anyway ) when of course it is Kits.
Unless Daisy has been cuddling with Bobby too? He’ll end up being Dad to half the babies on the street. haha.

I doubt Daniel will just assume it's his - Daisy has already told him it's most likely to be Kits statistically.

They'll find out for sure but my money's on her losing it anyway or leaving in some dramatic way. Too many children on the street currently that they already keep hidden!

Yes. Shot themselves in the foot by killing of handy old Uncle Stephen in Canada/Milan. Now they're stuck with jobs in that there London or the Norwich factrey.

I don't think I can watch DoI after how appalling it was last Sunday, but I did think that Chesney was a lot better than expected! So maybe he will have a new career in ice skating and leave the street....

Dev is an appalling actor and his speech is almost impossible to understand. And that greasy hair! He is a really unsavoury character and I really hope he gets the boot along with the others.

I think it’s the new producer who’s caused the decline! It’s all gone downhill since she came on the scene.

I didn't get the whole need to go private though. It was like the scene joined mid conversation, unless I missed part of it? Something about paying out as Rob is incarcerated so they'd have to go private?

I was very confused about the having to go private bit too.

I thought I'd missed something so rewound and put subtitles on too and it still didn't make sense! It was like the tail end of a conversation where they'd missed out the main point 🤷‍♀️

Also found it odd daisy was so blasé about having to sell the pub. I mean I know she has stuff going on but she now has a baby to think of and she was the one who was adamant they needed to keep the pub in the first place when Jenny was resigned to losing it.

So are we all thinking the same? Rob intends to abscond or try to if he's allowed out of jail to go to hospital? The religious malarkey is just that isn't it. He's no more found God than I've got long blonde silky swingy hair. 😁

It wouldn't be the first time he's absconded! It was actually why he was moved from the local prison to a more secure one so not sure why he's back there either 🤷‍♀️
