Jay and Aliona did a beautiful Rumba to falling which I think was musicals week?

I loved that.

Kara Tointon and Artem did a good rumba.

So did Rachel Stevens and Vincent Simone.

Nope sorry. Antiques Roadshow which friends and I have been calling Acorn Antiques for so long that I sometimes forget to refer to it by its real name! Anyway, I love it and was annoyed that I'd missed some of the antiques which is semi pathetic but I'll always hold my hands up to being semi pathetic.

@Foxtails for all I moan about Pete and I really, really do, I don't hate him or even actively dislike him. I do have to remind myself that his continuation in the series beyond what I think it should be in terms of dance and entertainment value is not down to him and also that I don't know him so being all "Grr, I hate Pete!" would be foolish and a bit unfair. I don't like him as a dancer, can see that he's good looking but not for me - I'm sure he'd be devastated. Not - and I don't get his personality, but I'm sure in another area I wouldn't be quite so cold toward him.

You're right though, he is marmite but I think that's got as much to do with the show and how his continually missing the dance off means better dancers are going before him. A lot of us get overinvested that's for sure.

I saw tonight’s group dance live in the studios when they recorded it in August.

Back to this week, I think Sarah is exhausted and running out of energy. Bit like running a 1500m and then everyone catches you in the home straight. I’ve been giving Montell all my votes these past eight weeks. Now mine will transfer to Sarah.
For someone who thought Vito looked ‘off it’ Vito has just launched his merchandise and will have about 20.000 calendars to sign before last Xmas posting date.

What a shit show. Can’t stand Pete anyway but his performance on Saturday was appalling, just looked all wrong.

I say get rid of the public vote and leave the decision making to the judges. There’s no way Pete is good enough to be in the semi final.

Felt sorry for Montell and I will really miss Johannes who is my fave pro. Such an elegant dancer and he always has a calm manner.

Yes JOjo is my favourite pro dancer. I’m gutted to see him and Montell out.

If someone was such a fan of Pete that they’d spend a fortune on voting of course they’d watch him, surely? I think it’s more likely to be the Hollis effect, he’s popular and not as bad as someone like John Sargeant.

If they left the entire thing to the judges it would be a completely different show altogether and probably not as popular!

AJ and Kai’s quickstep is my favourite Strictly dance of all time. A quickstep to Sing Sing Sing is the dance I would want to do if I was ever on Strictly!

Whenever I see AJ on the telly (which is a lot these days!) I feel sad that she didn't get to finish Strictly and that we haven't been able to discuss Kai's age every week.
