Glad it went well @ShamedBySiri
Not keen on raw prawn.

Sunbird24 · 21/11/2024 20:33

Why is Marcus calling it a clafouté?

Halsall · 21/11/2024 20:33

Yes, Michael, 'me on a plate' is a cliché

EsmaCannonball · 21/11/2024 20:33

The one time I tried to make clafoutis it was a disaster.

ilovesooty · 21/11/2024 20:33

I'm here. I watched on iplayer earlier but I won't spoil it for anyone.

LaMarschallin · 21/11/2024 20:34

I wish they'd tell us how to stop the raspberries loosing their juice in the clafoutis

PotterHead1985 · 21/11/2024 20:35

@ShamedBySiri good to hear. Shame you are not rocking the Phil Oakley look but never mind Grin

I once had an asymmetric style. My manager asked me if I was going to join the fucking Human League.

EsmaCannonball · 21/11/2024 20:35

'If it comes in, it's pale with flabby skin .... He's failed.'

It's Gregg's day off, Grace. What you going on about?

Theeyeballsinthesky · 21/11/2024 20:35

Mon and Mar like it better than the critics

So chefs liked it critics didn't.

GrouchyKiwi · 21/11/2024 20:36

M&M have been out of step with the critics quite a few times this series.

ilovesooty · 21/11/2024 20:36

William called Monica Sir. 😁

Sunbird24 · 21/11/2024 20:36

They don’t really bother about the critics’ comments usually though do they?

I always wonder if they are swayed by already knowing the form of who is good and who is a bit weaker.

I’d like a round where the chef has to nominate a cuisine. The round judged by a critic or chef that knows the cuisine with Mon and Marcus.
Would have to be a later round for it to be practical.

Ohwhatfuckeryitistoride · 21/11/2024 20:38

Just catching you all up, my battery was almost deid.
oh I love love laksa. It’s such comfort food. I’d happily eat it every week.
