The one time I tried to make clafoutis it was a disaster.

I always wonder if they are swayed by already knowing the form of who is good and who is a bit weaker.

I’d like a round where the chef has to nominate a cuisine. The round judged by a critic or chef that knows the cuisine with Mon and Marcus.
Would have to be a later round for it to be practical.
