Just carrying on the discussion about the PSB from the previous thread.
I always find it odd when people say they don't know something because it's from their parents' generation.
My DDs know loads of 80s (and early 90s) music because it's from their parents' generation. They are actually happy to share our music and I know a lot more modern stuff because I listen to theirs. Like I know a lot of music from the 20s to the 70s because of my parents.
Seems a shame to discount something because of when it was made.

Agree
My dd (21) loves music from the 80’s

Lentilweaver · 16/11/2024 19:28

oh god no.

LookItsMeAgain · 16/11/2024 19:28

I thought Sarah's dance was too similar to Gorka & Helen's routine.

So far I haven't been WOW-ed yet!

Now we have Wynne dancing a charleston to music associated with a Paso Doble!

Spot on.
My DCs love music from any decade.
To them, it's just music, and enjoy it for what it is.
No choice really the poor buggers, total immersion from birth does that to you it seems 😂

GrouchyKiwi · 16/11/2024 19:29

This is crap.

NowNumber5 · 16/11/2024 19:29

How the bloody hell is this a Charleston?!

I think Wynne's time has come...

lettingthedaysgoby · 16/11/2024 19:30

He's a bit rubbish in this - so I'll wait for the 9s from the judges.
PS - Katya is insane!

Lentilweaver · 16/11/2024 19:30

Wynne needs to go now.

ApolloandDaphne · 16/11/2024 19:30

Fuck sake

GrouchyKiwi · 16/11/2024 19:30

Loathed that.

And yes to PP, should have been an amazing paso.

Wolfcub · 16/11/2024 19:30

GrouchyKiwi · 16/11/2024 19:29

This is crap.

That's being generous. Katya desperately distracting from Wynne's terrible dancing with every trick in the book

Lindjam · 16/11/2024 19:30

Absolute 💩

RedToothBrush · 16/11/2024 19:30

Well that was commitment from Katya!

Hercisback1 · 16/11/2024 19:30

My 4yo on Wynne "this is the weirdest strictly dance I've ever seen".

Pashazade · 16/11/2024 19:30

He was struggling to keep up that's very fast.

Piggywaspushed · 16/11/2024 19:30

Oh, I thought that was good fun.

Jellykat · 16/11/2024 19:30

WTF was that?

Clawdy · 16/11/2024 19:30

It was wooden and awful.

AnneShirleysNewDress · 16/11/2024 19:31

That was not good. He struggled with that.

chaosmaker · 16/11/2024 19:31

Wynne doesn't look like he knows what he's doing. Keeps being behind the beat

RememberRememberTheMonthofNovember · 16/11/2024 19:31

Perhaps professional dancers/judges are able to and admire the finer points of Fosse more than untrained people like me can.

Wynne was very bouncy.

PirateJim · 16/11/2024 19:31

What. Was. That?
