I agree, I have no idea why I'm watching either. But if I am out and miss the live broadcast I rarely bother to catch up nowadays.

I was amazed that she and Daniel apparently did the deed in the lounge of the Rovers. When she was with Kit the following day they were interrupted by Glenda announcing something about Daniel being in the bar.

Annie Walker would be turning in her grave if she knew what was going on in that room !😂😂

Hope had leukaemia?! Why do I not remember that?!

Not leukaemia, different cancer, was quite a while back. I remember something about a camping trip and she kept complaining about her stomach. I think they thought she was putting it on to sabotage the trip (I might have misremembered that part but it is Hope after all 😂).

There was also something wrong with her when she was born... that's why they named her Hope. Can't remember what though.

Just checked... she was 3 months prem due to Fizz being knocked over during the tram crash.

I just checked Corriepedia, Hope's main Firestarter persona started a year after the cancer, and Fizz subsequently took her away to reform school a specialist unit (I think that was Jenny's maternity leave). She certainly started young!

Was that not the episode of Topsy and Tim where Topsy gets appendicitis when they are camping?!
She was annoying but probably not a psychopath...

Topsy and Tim lived in a house with their parents and had very dull adventures. There was a thread about them many years ago.
Rosie and Jim were much jollier but I liked Tots TV best.
