This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. So there are maids serving at the table after all.

For once O'Brien has been helpful. She seems to have a soft spot for Mr Laing.

Mr Lang is suffering from PTSD, even though it wasn't even a "thing" back then. Shellshocked is how Miss O'Brien terms it.

There is rather a nice relationship between Mary and Carson.

Funny how Carson can get away with saying things no one else would be able to say.

I suppose Thomas and his nastiness is a product of the treatment he has experienced over the years, he bites first and asks questions afterwards.

Meanwhile, Lavinia and Richard have a not particularly friendly relationship.
