I love the euphemism of "we're a fast production" - what that really means is "we are working on a 2p budget and just don't have the resources for multiple takes".

I have been an extra on a big budget movie where the two directors spent a good hour debating lighting and mood and motivation while we all stand around getting overtime, and also on a BBC drama (not Doctors) where an entire pursuit through a hospital was filmed in about 10 minutes.

I hope Ian got to take home the Robot in his house.

I wonder if they did take souvenirs?

Al's glasses aren't actually prescription. . I expect Ian has a lot of spare pairs .

Elisabeth showed her Z mug in her kitchen when she was interviewed this morning.

Elisabeth said earlier she has Zara's shiny Z mug ( which she bought!)

I wish they'd asked all the actors if they'd return to the role if it was picked up again?

The crochety in laws were left in to wait for the delivery of a new washing machine and when he was told the time window he just said 'What? When Doctors is on?' and do you know what, our doorbell went just as Rob and Ruhma were about to kiss. Luckily I could send someone else to answer it 😀

When we got our cat I remember joking on here that she was named after The Mill (Millie the Doctors themed cat, she actually came from the rescue with the name). She sat and cuddled me all the way through today.
