I like Shayne but I am not too surprised. Not only did he spend too long wafting his baton, he was doing it in too niminy-piminy a way. Proper conductors are far more animated.

I think Shayne just isn’t connecting with the public for some reason. He’s a pretty decent dancer but he wasn’t helped by the choreo with him standing still for so much of the dance.
