FFS! Husband does not understand Answer Smash on House of Games and it drives me mad!

Christ alive! Tonight he's shouted out "Bananarama!" and "Woodstock"! with no concept of adding in the extra part to make the correct answer. Night after night he does it and cannot work out why his answers are wrong. We have it on all the time, and he still cannot seem to grasp the idea of it. Drives me mental!

My DH does get Answer Smash but just can't get his head around pointless.

Next time I marry I'm going to try and find a DH with better comprehension

Oh, I gave up trying to explain it to mine and just let him look baffled as I shouted answers at the telly.

But Answersmash is the best bit!!

I've spent 15 years trying to explain the rules of Pointless to my husband, so I feel your pain.

It took my DP a while but he got it eventually.

To be fair I really struggled to say the bananarama one out loud tonight. It was a good episode for 80's teens.
