I find Holly incredibly irritating but I can see that it's another terrible match with someone like Alex. He clearly has a short fuse so has to ask her to be silent so he doesn't explode and expose himself.

With alot of reassurance Holly might have done much better. Alex isn't capable of reassurance in the right places. And he was over friendly with sausage lips which is difficult for anyone somewhat insecure like Holly.

Polly is the participant I dislike the most. Every action, gesture, movement and spoken word triggers me. Shitlid for all his delusion has been brutally honest. Yet as pointed out by another poster, he realises now that he has to turn it around to stay in the game and win the viewing public over. Cue lots of false declarations on the couch next week.

Maybe saying they were in an abuse relationship etc, I always find myself thinking “well that’s their side of the story” it seems kind of unfair to go on national tv and unilaterally declare some abusive when they have no ability to defend themselves. I know they don’t name people but anyone who knew them would know who they are talking about

But I think Casper tried to give other reasons for not fancying her first but she was having none of it so he settled on something she can't change. I think it's her personality that is putting him off the most. He seems like a man who likes the quiet life with his gardening job and would probably like someone he can share companionable silence with and not have to analyse his every word.

I think anyone daft enough to go on a tv programme speaking shite about an abusive ex or pretending they’d been in an abusive relationship deserves utter contempt if it is not true. As you say, folk will know. Even if no names are mentioned.

He looks like he could explode in any given moment while she seems to have very low self-esteem. I don't really like either of them very much but they both seem to need some kind of counseling, not 15 minutes of fame.
