Zara shouldn't be talking to Graham on her own- he obviously has form for twisting everything.

Raahh · 24/10/2024 15:57

I'm not sure Zara had a lot of choice - hitting someone is serious, whatever the reason. But it's infuriating that Luca has told Emma what he said- and she didn't pass on that he knew about Billy.

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 17:04

Catching up now. Graham noticably not saying what the prescribing issue was and Zara hasn’t asked.

Raahh · 24/10/2024 17:08

No, the really annoying thing about it all, is what isn't being said, and the questions not being asked, Rafa (which is obviously deliberate, and something Doctors does all the time).

Just get to the point!

Wouldn't have lasted 24 years, if it did though, I suppose Grin

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 17:09

That baby is huge for 29 weeks. And apparently doesn’t need oxygen support.

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 17:12

I’d imagine it would go very differently if Graham had said ‘I refused to prescribe the pill for free because the patient is a lesbian.’

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 17:21

This husband is a real creep. Should have hit him with the paper weight.

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 18:08

Back to catching up. Where the hell did they get Paige from? The Most Annoying Temp agency.

Only took 5 mins to deliver as well

Misthios · 24/10/2024 19:38

Is that Michelle moonlighting as a social worker on 'Enders?

With Rhuma?

Misthios · 24/10/2024 19:44

She's about to take Kat Slater's kids away. Not seen Rhuma in Enders for weeks.

RafaistheKingofClay · 24/10/2024 22:45

Wow! Nina must have just worked the shortest notice period ever.

JoanChitty · 25/10/2024 15:10

On a lighter note the actress who played Karen Hollins was on classic Doctors this morning!

Allthehorsesintheworld · 25/10/2024 15:17

A 29 week newborn doesn’t hang around in the delivery room to be dressed ( don’t have clothes for weeks, they’d get damp in an incubator and cause body temp to drop) And is handed to the NICU team immediately, often have to be put in a plastic bag , apart from head and dace of course.
And Luca, what’s the point of asking for a chaperone then being alone with Graham and engaging with him? 🙄

I think the Harvey and Maya storyline came to an end after Harvey fell asleep in his cab with Lily’s baby in the back, and exhaustion meant he had to stop working extra hours to give her money to help them and ease his guilt.

I'm going to miss you lot, any ideas on another lunchtime show? Sad

ExquisiteIyDecorated · 25/10/2024 23:24

I'm really going to miss these threads too but won't be watching anything else regularly at lunchtime, I am normally at work and at the moment am eating late so I can watch on my phone for these last few weeks but I won't keep that routine. I don't watch any other soaps now either, gradually dropped them all as they were on too often to keep up with, then there were the years of spending early evenings taxiing DCs around everywhere. Maybe I'll go back to Corrie, that was the one I watched for longest.

Binglebong · 26/10/2024 03:14

I did bouts of Neighbours but that's it. To be honest the whole lunchtime thing is hard for me now but I like this mini community we have here.

ExquisiteIyDecorated · 26/10/2024 07:16

Me too, I do dip in and out and watch live less often since they dropped the Friday show (its my day off) but I'm always drawn back to these threads.

MadisonAvenue · 27/10/2024 20:20

Eastenders is the only other one that I watch regularly, I’d say Casualty too but that seems to be off more than it’s on lately. Not sure what else is on at lunchtime about from the old tat recycling thing that’s often on after Doctors.

Read the other day that the final episode will be 35 minutes long and that’ll be followed by a 25 minute celebration of Doctors.

Massively off topic but does anyone here watch Strictly? Johannas and partner were obviously dressed up as well known characters no other excuse for that wig but I can't work out who. Any suggestions?

ExquisiteIyDecorated · 27/10/2024 21:59

I do watch it and I’m not sure —that wig was bloody awful—

Binglebong · 28/10/2024 08:26

Maybe Rosie's nephew could fall on top of Graham and we get a BOGOF?

Raahh · 28/10/2024 14:01

Afternoon.

Wonder what is wrong with Zara?
