I'm feeling shitty, and ran out of so ething to binge!
For context I love dark and weird series like them, from and dark.
But I've also binged greys, station 19, criminal minds.
Would prefer something weird but open to anything bar love stories!
Please help

Spiral

I recommend that all the time on here and no one seems to listen to me

I binged on this French-language « Engrenages « series . Brilliantly authentic with very well-rounded characters. Gripping but also with humour and pathos I also recommend it to people and no-one seems to have heard of it !

American Horror Stories is good, stand alone episodes.
I survived is a good, true life telling of stories of survival.
Fallout is great!

The Blacklist on Prime

I'm watching Dutch series The Golden Hour on Netflix. it's a terrorist attack type storyline, and very violent, but very well done, and, I think, above the average for this sort of thing. Spiral is, of course, great.

I loved Dark. 1899 is by the same people, but ends on a cliff hanger and not sure if there is going to be another series.

Have you watched the Handmaid's Tale? Other oldies: Wayward Pines, The I-Land and Under the Dome. Love Death and Robots is funny/weird. Expect you have watched the Last of Us?

Giri/Haji on Netflix. It's really good and no-one ever seems to have seen it.

WhisperGold · 07/05/2024 17:32

Walking Dead will keep you going for months, if you like that kind of thing. Watch an episode, listen to Talking Dead. Rinse and repeat. Happy days!

ASighMadeOfStone · 07/05/2024 17:38

Giri/Haji-Netflix
Money Heist-Netflix
Blue Lights-iplayer
The Americans - Channel 4

Are the four I recommend the most on here. Really the only ones in recent years I've properly binged and wanted to see again when they'd finished.

Fargo is one of my faves. There are 5 seasons.

titchy · 07/05/2024 18:47

Crowded Room (Apple), 3 Body Problem ( Netflix), Shining Girls (Apple), The Gentlemen (Netflix).

gazingatgoats · 07/05/2024 18:48

If you liked Money Heist then I would recommend Berlin. We binge watched Money Heist and it was the best series we've seen in ages. Definitely recommend to anyone else following this thread.

Dopesick on BBC Iplayer. Based on the Oxycontin epidemic in the states. Absolutely brilliant acting and very gripping. Michael Keaton plays one of the main characters.

Spratt · 07/05/2024 19:49

I see that Dexter is now on Netflix, a few years old but very dark and 8 series to binge. In my top10 drama series.

quichegoblin · 07/05/2024 19:53

Dead boy detectives

ginandoreos · 07/05/2024 20:05

Red Eye on ITV
Traces on BBC IPlayer

susie1984234 · 07/05/2024 20:15

Also a bit behind but I binged BEEF on Netflix and it was really good

CassTheFox · 07/05/2024 20:19

I May Destroy You… has Baby Reindeer vibes. It was excellent.

Blackbird, think it’s on Apple TV. It’s amazing (and a true story!)

bradpittsbathwater · 07/05/2024 20:23

House if you have Prime!

mumofoneanddone82 · 07/05/2024 20:25

@Hendoparty I love inside number 9
