Exactly this. She was just hopeless, and I knew she was going to leave the moment she started talking about her vision.

The others were a bit condescending towards her, but frankly I could see why.

This. She shouldn't have been selected for the show like a sacrificial lamb. She obviously has very little business acumen, and I reckon producers thought she'd make good TV as she's full of misplaced confidence in her abilities.

It's really irresponsible casting, and feels like piss poor reality TV. In fact, most of the wins have been because that team happens to be marginally less shit. The Apprentice needs a rethink. I feel it's schtick of mocking incompetence tipped into the distasteful tonight. They definitely punched down and I feel sorry for Noor.

Yes poor Noor. She was out of her depth, shouldn’t have been in this pirhana tank.

has surralan ever fired anyone before selecting the two to come back? I think she might have been the one of the worst ever contestants, she really wasn’t right for the show.

On you're fired don't we normally find out what their business ideas were?
Do they still say even if they don't show up?

I think the people who enter this show do so for publicity or because they truly believe in themselves. Maybe Noor fell into both categories.....

Yes. I can’t remember who, but in at least one previous series he did fire someone and then the sub-team leader had to come back and decide who to bring back with them

Oh its just tat bought and sold on again? That is even more confusing tbh. She hasn't created or developed anything. Then again I suppose that is what the majority of retailers do....?

My ten year old said Noor was arrogant and she didn’t listen

the ignorance of youth when you think you know everything and seen everything ..,few knocks in life and it’s a steep learning curve in her defense she gave it a go eh

Reminds me of my nephew went to uni and came out thinking he knew everything about everything

to be fair to him he is now on 60 k salary at age of 24 ( which he always mentions lol )and he says he wants to retire at 40 on 100 grand a year salary which he fully expects to be on

Noor was dreadful from start to finish and absolutely no self awareness.

She was particularly nasty when she saw the panel criticise the logo and said “ohhhh that’s you innit, the logo, that’s you…” to Phil. Also the way she threw Tre and the others under the bus for the pitch, ruthless. She should have been there.

Yes and Phil has lost every task. DD has helped me stay on track with this - teams chopping and changing so much!

The only reason Noor was still in was because she'd been on the winning team in every task bar the penultimate one; and in the penultimate one the blame was fully laid on the sub team that she hadn't been part of. I feel a bit sorry for her.

I really liked Tre this week. Obviously editing makes the difference. But he seemed to really try to make things better without taking over and being rude. I really warmed to him. Shame Noor was so hopeless in the end after her apparent quick wit and insights early on.

I felt sorry for Noor. It must have felt a bit embarrassing to be fired without bringing 2 others back in. Ie as curious to see if she was going to bring back Tre.

I though it was telling that the others didn't have anything super nice to say about her on you're fired- unlike Virdi for example whom they clearly all got on with.

Edited to add: agre about Tre, he was really trying to be supportive without overruling, but she just ignored him and others. Appalling that she left the others to pitch!

Tre was awesome and I want him for the win.

Noor did not play anyone to their strengths, if Tre makes videos and has a degree he should have taken the lead on the advert. She kept saying she was a branding expert so she should have led that team. Then she backed out of the pitch which was her vision - she should have been there. Her comment of ‘I love everything I do’ just shows someone who has very little self awareness and as a result unlikely to learn from mistakes. Self assured with no self awareness / inability is a very difficult thing to deal with! I think she was a lot more irritating through the weeks but they edited it out, she didn’t get a lot of air time and you could tell that she got the other candidates backs up.

Feel sorry the other team don't ever get to experience the treat at the end.

Poor Phil hasn't experienced a nice treat yet, he's always in the greasy cafe!

It was a useful task as it showed Tre and Rachel’s personalities and leadership, abilities in a positive light. It highlighted their attributes and ability to work with awkward colleagues.
