Steve, though - surely he should have realised that telling your potential investor that your business will go under without their investment, is not a good way to woo your potential investor.

Do we think Phil is going all the way? It's a bit fishy he's got this far with no wins (until this week) as I'm sure in the past someone with such a shite track record would have been finger fired...

I assume he's won @TitsInAbsentia as there's no other reason he's made it this far.

They have to edit it this way so you don't know which team won.

When Sugar moved Tre onto Phil's team (which already had Flo in it) I just assumed he was deliberately strengthening Phil's team to ensure the win - there was no other reason for the move.
This program is so artificial now it has has become farcical.

Yes, it's a multigenerational family business. Clearly he has some competency, but he's also had huge advantages and it's basically been handed to him.

Is he competent? He hasn’t demonstrated that on TA. He can say he doubled the size of the business etc but he has to be able to prove it. Who isn’t to say his team didn’t do that and he took the credit? That is the problem with a candidate who is part of a multi ownership established business. His team or family members could be carrying him.

Absolutely, but if he's the Managing Director I assume he has some competency (not saying that he's generally a competent businessman).

Not necessarily, it sounds like a family business who just gave him the job as number one son. He clearly had no idea re finances and business plans.
