So

The kinsella family are back at the top of their game after the murder of eamon in end of s2

But

A Turkish cartel informs them that eamon owed them a huge debt and since they killed him, the debt is now theirs !!!!

But the biggest threat is that Brendon ‘Bren’ Kinsella is released from prison early

Loved this but it has been surpassed for me by Love/Hate which I watched after recommendation on here.

I need to watch love hate as keeps being reconmended

We’ve started Love Hate, two or three episodes, but finding it very hard to get into, or care about. Is this general? Does it suddenly grab you?

We're into Series 3 and I don't know if we'll continue. Can't really get into any of the characters (although I do like Mary) and feel that as it's grittier it would be better. But on the fence really. Nig is growing on me to be fair think they power will very quickly go to his head. He does remind me of the tall one out of Young Offender's though making it hard for me to take him seriously.

One of the things I love about Kin is how every shit decision you feel the sense of dread becoming more and more, you know it's all going to end very, very badly. I don't think you can beat Bren for Proper Psycho Villain. Plus I have a huge girl crush on Amanda, Niki and Birdy too

Just found this thread as I finished the final episode.
I watched Love/Hate and loved it, when I first started Kin I felt it was a watered down version of Love/Hate but it did grow on me.

Goodness if Kin is watered down @Daysoffarethebest , Love/Hate must be quite horrific!

I just have normal ITVX, I don’t pay extra and it was there but it’s the first time I’ve watched anything there.
I watched on my iPad/phone, not sure if it’s different to on tv.
I should have paid for the no advert version really as they were annoying!
