So

The kinsella family are back at the top of their game after the murder of eamon in end of s2

But

A Turkish cartel informs them that eamon owed them a huge debt and since they killed him, the debt is now theirs !!!!

But the biggest threat is that Brendon ‘Bren’ Kinsella is released from prison early

If he turned my stomach in that episode, he certainly turned it over and around and everywhere else in the last one.

I was also really fearful for Frank and Birdy and Anthony too. That bastard Bren.

I was shocked Nikki got arrested but maybe a plot to make Erik confess

I’m finding this so hard to watch. That Bren is an evil bastard. Hope he gets his comeuppance. Well played by the actor.

Nikki’s arrest surprised me.

Was that the first mention of his mum and sister

Did she run away or was she killed and they thought she had run away

I don't think there's been any reference to Bren's wife and daughter or what happened to them. We only knew they existed because of the family tree, I can't remember hearing about them before Michael was talking to Molly.

I agree Michael could well be Bren's downfall, he didn't shy away from taking the gun to his head, even though it wasn't loaded. Also agree he seems more like Frank's son, with Viking and possibly Jimmy being Bren's.

@Blondeshavemorefun I did a search and reelmockery review of series 1 ep 3 says
'A recovered Michael meets with Dr. Sam Rooney (Owen J Barton) to discuss his episode. Michael admits that the episodes have gotten progressively worse and more frequent. Once the doctor recommends more testing, Michael becomes impatient. After some slight consideration, Rooney says he suspects that Michael has developed epilepsy. Rooney tells him that it is a disease that can be managed before he leaves. On his way out, he recommends that Michael’s lawyer reschedule the interview.'

That's what his medication from the pharmacy is for.

I said a few episodes ago that I wasn't so invested, but now I find I am.
