I really like Adam as a judge. I thought he'd be good (he certainly ought to be familiar with the setup, to be fair). Nice way of explaining the technical elements without sounding too cheffy, he gave encouraging feedback on what was clearly a pretty hellish day in the kitchen, and I really like that he acknowledged the need for them to work together (which has always been something I love about GBM). I hope they have him back.

I’ve found the presentations really boring this region, nothing has made me think oh wow!

Confused how Callum got an 8. (Then one point off as late). Didn’t think any of the dishes were that good.
