The snail dish could at least have had two (live) racing snails with Team GB logos on their shells.

The baked Alaska was burnt, he was too close or too heavy handed. Agree that it should definitely have been cooked in an oven. Blowtorching meringue isn't always the way to go.

I think that is literally the best idea anyone has ever had for a dish on the GBM.
