That scallop was enormous!!

Crispy chicken skin always wins me over.

Oh Sam, that theming is a bit strained again. Just do a dish based on Eric the Eel. Couldn't go wrong.

I missed the previous area, but this episode already has more link to the brief than the entire last series! Even with the weird apple thing.

It looks incredibly pretty, I like the connection to the brief, but the portion size seems a bit ungenerous for a banquet.

They are huge scallops! Yum.

Basically, the word 'banquet' makes me think of Henry VIII so I always expect those kinds of portions.
