My gut feeling (and obv not a Dr) is that Zack has ADD tendencies- very spontaneous and engages mouth before brain. He’s not reading people and taking the hint to back down.

One of the almost identical ones is considerably taller than the other. Unfortunately, this only helps if they’re standing next to each other, and I can’t remember which is the taller one!
