I couldn't see another thread, is anyone watching? I thought the opening pro number was fabulous, loved the skate through London.

Will be interesting to how it is with Stephen and Holly, they seemed relaxed together when he stood in for Phil.

I've seen more of Ambers gusset than is necessary.

How can someone who gets pushed and pulled around the ice be considered better than someone who can skate well solo? She is a great dancer though but I wish Eddie had stayed he’s a better skater.

I'm sure we could all skate clinging on to someone. I'm not sure I could be so easily chucked and spun about in the air though. Not unless my partner was the worlds strongest man.

Eddie is a better skater than Amber but doesn't do lifts or wow moves. Amber is tiny and can do a lot of attention grabbing lifts. Plus if Amber didn't go through the final 5 would be 4 men and Adele.

Compared to Miles and Greg, Eddie is not great. They already have Ryan as a male who isn't quite as good as them. Eddie isn't bringing anything new to the semis while Amber brings the glamour and energy.

Prediction. Next week it will be Amber and Ryan in the dance off and the judges will save Amber AGAIN. But she obviously won't win.

Rubbish result and only Oti was honest. I would rather watch 10 skates by Eddie than 1 by Amber. Being lifted is not skating

What a shame. Eddie was great to watch. He didn’t look very elegant tonight, but at least he tried and could actually skate. Amber is just a doll being pushed around, albeit gracefully. I’m actually thinking it’s not worth anymore. It’s pointless.

And? I thought it was meant to be on merit. Not manipulation for a gender balance.

One of the funniest things I read today was on another forum where someone said Rod Stewart should have gone through as he did more skating than Amber did.

I can't bear Amber. Fuming she was saved over Eddie. It's like Chris and Jayne have a hidden agenda to keep her in. She's obviously unpopular with the public. She does virtually the same routine week after week. It's boring now. She also puts on a sweet, cutesy act i think.

I just watched this last night. It’s ridiculous Amber can’t really skate. She can gracefully be lifted and hold onto dear life to her partner. It makes a mockery of the show and l am disappointed in Jane and Chris. I know it’s an entertainment show, but seriously!!

Agree Amber should have gone this week. She was supposed to do more solo skating but there was barely any!!
