Now fully at Live TV pace.

Will it be a traitor in the kitchen with a poisoned chalice?

Love Ed Gamble revealing that the crew on set referred to Diane and Ross as “The Supremes” to avoid accidently giving anything away in front of the contestants!

NonPlayerCharacter · 17/01/2024 22:52

What I want is what happened last time...the Traitors all to turn on each other and basically fuck themselves over with their own greed and backstabbing. Either that, or they recruit someone to use as cannon fodder, and that person plays brilliantly and fucks them both over. I'd prefer the first scenario but I'd accept the second.

Won't happen, though. But I really dislike both Paul and Harry.

CaveMum · 17/01/2024 22:54

@WriterOfWrongs I hadn’t clocked that, but Charlie is definitely “proper” Bristol 😜

LindorDoubleChoc · 17/01/2024 22:56

I agree with all the pp who say that, at this particular moment, Harry is playing a most excellent game.

I've given up shouting at them all about Paul! He might as well be walking round with a big T tattooed on his forehead.

In series 1 the three least interesting and most clueless players won (a travesty imo). I don't really care who wins this year, I just fervently hope it won't be a total wash-out like last year.

Loved tonight's episode! Best one yet Grin.

MajesticWhine · 17/01/2024 22:57

It would be hilarious if the blondes won. But slightly disappointing. I'm still rooting for Harry tbh.

WhereAreWeNow · 17/01/2024 22:58

I'm late to this thread but pleased to have found you all.
Tonight was fantastic. As a PP said, there's no way I could have done today's coffin task. I would have just refused. So morbid. So claustrophobic. I actually really felt for Ross seeing his mum in the coffin.
Gutted Diane's gone. She was great and I loved seeing her relationship with Ross. They were so sweet together.
I like Zach and hopes he wins. I quite like Jas too and I think he's smart but what on earth was he thinking tonight?!

WhereAreWeNow · 17/01/2024 23:00

Oh, and I'm in love with Claudia. Her hair, her clothes, her eye make up, her wit. She's brilliant.

MadCatLady27 · 17/01/2024 23:01

@Fluffywhitecloudsinthesky I think that's what's annoying me too, I don't like the faithful bar Jaz (although what was he doing tonight) and Zach, who I wasn't keen on at first. They seem switched on and are probably the only 2 faithful who deserve to win.

Harry and dare I say Paul, are seeming so much more skilled in their roles, while the faithful are mostly just coming across as an unmemorable herd of sheep and imo don't deserve to win. Almost coming across as being really naive and gullible. Most of the strong players have gone.

At this point, bar probably Jaz and Zach, I don't want the faithful to win.

I'd be really interested to see what I did in there, as surely you suspect everyone at all times. Again I go back to the hiding in plain sight phrase. Just because you think Paul is great, doesn't stop him being a traitor!

Clafoutie · 17/01/2024 23:02

I had such confused reactions watching this episode! I kept wavering between finding the audacity and absurdity of the funeral completely hilarious, and then wondering if it was all a bit too dark! The whole thing was extraordinary really. One thing I’m sure about though, Claudia was made for this role, she is absolutely superb. I did laugh so much when she slammed the coffin lid shut 😆

LaBelleSauvage123 · 17/01/2024 23:02

I agree with a previous poster who said that Jaz may be playing a very clever game. I think he is trying to fool Paul into thinking he now believes he’s a faithful so that he can slip under the radar and take him out when there are fewer people to convince. He, Mollie, Evie and Zach would all vote Paul, with Harry joining them. Charlotte, Unbrushed, Andrew, Ross and Jasmine are pro Paul. So at the moment it’s equal. Unless I’ve forgotten someone?

ParsnipAndPoppy · 17/01/2024 22:29

Done @WriterOfWrongs , we should also share with @MadCatLady27 too… all on the same page.

“It's getting frustrating all the interesting people are going and we are getting left with a little group of Team Paul females who like the girl last season could get the prize thinking there's no possible way he could be a traitor because he's such a nice guy. Charlotte especially is annoying me, and one of the blondes. Oh I knew it wasn't you Paul, blurgh! “

😁😁 yes please to the share of the money, won't throw you under the bus as long as we all agree to split 😁

Turkeyhen · 17/01/2024 23:03

@WhereAreWeNow ikr? Jaz definitely thinks Paul is a traitor, and I get that he doesn’t want to stick his neck out without support but there are allies now in Evie, Harry and Zach. Time for Jaz to make a move! Harry is so ready to stab Paul in the back.

Clafoutie · 17/01/2024 23:03

Absolutely agree!

LaBelleSauvage123 · 17/01/2024 23:04

I was actually frightened they might bury her! Just a couple of spadefuls for effect. I’d have been terrified!

AnImaginaryCat · 17/01/2024 23:04

Do you think Andrew had fallen crazy in love with Paul?

Paul can do no wrong in his eyes.

I don’t think she was in the coffin when it was slammed shut.

LaBelleSauvage123 · 17/01/2024 23:06

Oh good!

MadCatLady27 · 17/01/2024 23:10

If I hadn't read up thread Charlotte was married to a lady, I'd be convinced she fancied Paul!

It would have to be some game if she was managing to fake being his most devoted follower and number one member of Team Paul

I know I'm not likable enough to do what he's doing!

Even though it's only a game I think I'd have been sobbing if I was Ross watching my mum's 'funeral'

Oh, when Miles said that he was off home to his babies, does he have children? He’s never spoken about anyone.

Stowickthevast · 17/01/2024 23:15

@Turtlerussell Evie said in a VT after Meg's murder that she thought Paul must be a traitor so it wasn't out of nowhere.

As soon as Miles took the manky cup last episode, I thought he was a goner. I'm glad he fought and at least put a bit of heat on Paul.

The fawning by Charlotte and Ross is awful but I have high hopes for Harry's back-stabbing.

Zach is probably the most interesting recruit as the only one not in Paul's camp. If they recruited Ross, would he turn it down as he didn't want to be on the same side as his mother's murderers?

Stowickthevast · 17/01/2024 23:16

@MadeOfAllWork we've had very little of them just chatting this series. I think it's why we don't really feel like we know them.

I loved her comment on the ‘choir’ at the funeral, made me chuckle😀

I agree too. Paul had that 'think of me as a faithful' conversation with him, so I think Jaz is pretending for now to go along with it. Although seeming to beat himself up for never guessing right was a bit worrying, unless he was bluffing.

I thought it was funny on Uncloaked when Diane said she had to tell Ross off for how he was over-emphasising her name in conversations! She looked so much like him when she was being more smiley.

NonPlayerCharacter · 17/01/2024 23:19

Given they're recruiting someone to be cannon fodder for them rather than someone who would actually be a good traitor, I wonder if they'd murder that person if they don't accept. Is it worth it if they're looking at someone who's facing banishment anyway?
