There is already a black family in corrie is there not? Or is this because he is not british black? I dont know either way I love that broken english/nigerian accent. I think Carlas new nephew might bring a bit of fun too but again we already have Izzy and now Paul so the disabled part has been done. The only thing I think they have not yet done is trans anyone so that might be next. I guess they have to look all inclusive but aside from that it is still shite.

Corrie did trans years ago. Although I would be interesting to see how they did it now.

All these characters being ''invented'' relatives of long term characters.
Long forgotten babies who suddenly appear all grown up when their mothers conveniently die or disappear e.g. Daniel, resurrected abortions like Adam.
The whole scenario of Summer is ridiculous.Imagine an orphaned minor being put into custody of a gay former drug addict who has done time for causing death by dangerous driving when she has blood relatives (paternal grandparents) who were willing to have her!.Next big story will be her surrogate mother suddenly turning up out of the blue.

I remember all the hype about hayley being trans.

Feels like Corrie has gone totally Hollyoaks, what a load of bollocks last night's episode was. Bobby is a woeful actor and the storyline also rubbish. I can't stand much more of this shite.

Bobby delivered his lines as if doing a comedy act in a working mens club. Kept expecting to hear canned laughter.

If Hayley was being cast today, Julie Hesmondhalgh would never get that role. Which is a shame.

Scenes of distress in todays episode and themes of addiction

It’s a bore. A family member is watching it but I am ignoring it. I like watching classic Corrie, I’ve been watching it for the last five years, we are now up to February 2004. It is so much better than modern Corrie.

Just caught up with the last 5 episodes or so (not including tonight's). I'm done. It's awful. A pantomime. I'm cringing. I feel embarrassed for the actors.

And I'm fed up of Daisy's face. Her lips and cheeks are close to bursting. Just Classic Corrie for me from now on.
