Not sure who I will support now. I hope they are cooking their own food sometime tomorrow. So pointless having to recreate or do service at a Michelin star restaurant when in reality a sous chef would take days or weeks to perfect techniques and the exact plating.

Tom did well to blow up the equipment and still keep going.

That would make sense @Shortkiwi. Marcus and Gregg were quite sympathetic when Cecily forgot to turn on her fryer (or similar) but Marcus came across as quite displeased with Tom. That was even more surprising as he is usually quite complimentary to him.

Thank goodness. No one else thinks this. My mum never put jelly in trife ('cos it's vile) so therefore it doesn't belong.

Been a horrendous few days. DD5 tummy bug, d&v everywhere.. at the same time water supply has gone off in our area so now on day 3 of no water!

I'm fed up of washing with bottled water !😅

Evening. Just had local Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup. It's like crack cocaine and I can't get enough of it.

Ooh, one of the restaurant chefs was really good on The Great British Menu. I hope he doesn't turn out to be a shouty knob.
