Morning All. I've just read a thing that suggests that last night's reunion was not in fact the final reunion, but that they've just filmed a second 'six months on' one.

So. I guess we'll all be having another reunion too.

I don’t believe Luke is the total arsehole he has been portrayed to be. That goes for Tash too. Same with Porscha. And Laura. I don’t buy the fight. (why did the camera men film it? How were they even there? Why didn’t they stop it?). I don’t buy this shite with Jordan and the Kissy stirring. I don’t buy that Peg is as vacuous as she has been made out to be either. Do I think Roz permanently has something buzzy going on? No. Mark went from 100 to zero. How? So did his little redwinetoothed pal.

The truth is, we can all be daft, all have a temper, all have a reaction to all sorts of pish. And they have stirred and mismatched and fichered and filmed and spliced it to achieve their aim to make it yet another ‘real’ soap.

The only thing I do buy?

This has been but a stunning and brave production of the good ship Bekind on the happy clappy sea of Anyoldshitewilldo.

The elephant in the room was when Thomas and Paul sat on a sofa on their own to 'discuss' the Jordan 'situation'. Erica wasn't there when they went over for their manufactured 'chat'.
I think the producers filmed the original Luke/Jordan fight because they had riled Luke up and knew he was going to Jordan's. Also think they probably planted the woman/Jordan situation and made sure there were photos.
But I don't think the producers made Luke barge in to Jordan and Erica's flat, square up or start pushing. Luke has shown on his own insta that's exactly who he is - an unpleasant, gaslighting, violent, bully - who still tries to wind Jordan up and boasts that he could beat him in a fight.
Same with Tasha. Jumping up and screaming in people's faces - that is on her.
Ditto Brad with his emotionally manipulative bullshit that got him sent home.
Where they messed up imo was in having Brad and Luke back after being sent home.

I have a feeling it is all scripted, staged and all for the clicks 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m not saying he isn’t an arsehole - we don’t know him from an egg - but I do think they have made villains for the drama.

Apart from here, I don’t do social media so I wouldn’t know how he comes across in real life. As much as you can tell that from Instagram or TikTok and the like anyway….

Nathaniel got it right. I think latterly Arthur has. Neither seem to give many shits and have acted accordingly.

We all thought Bianca was fabulous in that outburst but she has since been shown as the ‘hurt’ woman after two weeks. A whole two weeks of a ‘husband’. Mon now.

I would understand the pissed-offness of being mucked about for someone else’s story if I had applied for an actual partner. I would understand being upset at thinking I’d a chance but really didn’t. But to seemingly be mortally wounded after two weeks? No.

Reverting to that ‘poor woman’ mince has taken away from the ‘I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more’ performance.

I think there might be people on here (maybe like Jay) who genuinely want love. The majority are out to raise profiles and have done so.

I spent six months 24-7 with my ‘two week old’ partner. In a very stressful work situation mostly. And even then it didn’t seem as intense as this lot make it appear.

We see what they want us to see.
