I did Ken hom crispy chicken with sticky aubergine. The toddlers had the chicken and noodles. Was lovely. No whining

Oh, I forgot about mushrooms being verboten on here! 😂 You could leave them out, though - they’re completely optional. You stir through some creme fraiche as well for a bit of extra yumminess.
