My nightmare would be being stuck in a snowbound chalet with a group of people who are actually paying me to cook for them.

I've often wondered whether it's easier than it sounds once you have a week's worth of tried and tested meals. But maybe after that it becomes very boring and hard work.

And then the gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, carb-free guest who doesn't eat any vegetables turns up for a week... 😱😱😱
