Blimey some serious mean girl attitude from Tasha , not very nice and could be why her other half is so quiet ? Maybe he needs to grow a pair ( I believe some are going spare) and actually ask for help to say his piece about how she really is behind closed doors?

User63847439572 · 13/10/2023 09:22

unless I imagined it, someone was saying their window cleaner was going to be on and was a really nice guy, must be one of these.

User63847439572 · 13/10/2023 09:23

Tasha pulled some awful faces, I don’t doubt the editing made it look like she pulled them probably more than she did and at particular times but her face definitely did those looks to someone!
Not attractive at all, wonder what Paul will think when he sees

Paul2023 · 13/10/2023 09:24

So Ella is trans, she had a sex change. Obviously we know that.

She can have sex like any other female, but ( excuse my ignorance here) wouldn’t she still be biologically a male in terms of male chromosomes?

So is there a risk when it comes to a man having sex with a trans woman, I mean the risk on both sides?

It’s a fact that gay men have to be careful when they have sex. This isn’t meant to be offensive, I’m just curious.

A trans woman could have sex with lots of men without them initially knowing they were once male .And being honest - I don’t think most men would be that happy about it.

Neverinamonthofsundays · 13/10/2023 09:34

I wondered similar but maybe JJ has had a fetish...

beastlyslumber · 13/10/2023 09:36

Ella is male and can't have sex like a female. Ella has a surgical wound where Ella's genitals once were. Ella doesn't have a clitoris, a vagina, a cervix etc.

Any man who can't tell the difference between a vagina and what Ella's got is not going to be the greatest lover.

If JJ is into Ella, that's great. But unless he's never had sex with a woman, he will definitely know the difference. I assume it's that difference he's into.

MelsMoneyTree · 13/10/2023 09:42

Thanks for the thread! Just checking in. I'm still in denial about the update concerning my namesake and Layton Sad I might have to find a new name for MAFS threads. 💔

If you're talking about the higher risk of HIV from anal sex that's to do with anal sex not 'chromosomes'.

MelsMoneyTree · 13/10/2023 11:21

Just caught up on last night's. I was so pleased when I realised I had an episode to watch on a Friday.
Tasha is trouble. I was going to type she's a mean drunk but she was mean even before she was drunk. She's practically violent once she's drunk. It's obvious Erica is from Edinburgh. If Tasha jumped in a Glaswegian's face like that, she would have had a very different response 😆Maybe Tash is racist and doesn't like Scottish people.
Ella is not a girl's girl. I'm really missing the genuine girl's girls from the last Oz season - Eleanor and Mel genuinely had the other girls' backs and called out all the male bullshit.
I'm bemused by what happened with Brad and Shona. The experts sent them home but didn't take the opportunity to explain the toxic behaviours or that Shona can't fix Brad's abusive patterns. They sent the girl who was violent home one year. And didn't they send Shannon home last year even though he wanted to stay because they could see he was manipulative? I'm glad Brad and Shona are gone but would have loved an even more obvious lecture about coercive and abusive behaviour.

OnlyJoking1 · 13/10/2023 11:36

I was disappointed that they didn’t tell Brad he was an abusive arsehole, list and label all the types of abuse he demonstrated. A missed opportunity.
Shona is from my area so I’m hoping that Brad doesn’t come to visit her.

I thought transwomen have a (surgically constructed ) clitoris?

A surgical wound sounds so painful. Would sex be painful for Ella?

StephanieSuperpowers · 13/10/2023 11:48

All of that is relevant and interesting, but my main concern was the uneaten afternoon teas. None of them touched a bite and it all looked lovely!

JaneJeffer · 13/10/2023 12:13

It's a surgically created body part just like any other surgically created body part. The word 'wound' is just emotive language to make it sound disgusting.

Neverinamonthofsundays · 13/10/2023 12:21

Ok I did the grown up thing and googled what happens when a man tranitions and it appears Ella can have sex like a woman. Im glad I educated myself cos I was thinking of a barbie and ken doll situation!

funbags3 · 13/10/2023 12:23

Sorry, but wtf does chromosomes have to do with risky sex?

No, it's not a body part. It's a literal wound. It has to be regularly dilated or it will close up, i.e. heal. It is also very vulnerable to infection as it is literally a wound in the body. Sorry to be graphic but TW have many issues with infections in this area. And yes, @Ivebeentogeorgia it may well be painful.

redribbonrose · 13/10/2023 11:37

Impossible with current technology to construct a clitoris. I guess a skilled surgeon could make it look like there was a nub of flesh there. But it's not a clitoris. Just like a 'neo-vagina' is not a vagina, but a surgical wound that has to be kept open with regular dilation.

We seem to have a very exaggerated view of what surgery can achieve. Basically a TW can have a surgically made wound that in theory allows for penetration by a penis. It is nothing like a vagina, but maybe looks similar from the outside (if you're not looking too closely).

SheldonesqueTheBstard · 13/10/2023 12:38

Indeed beastlyslumber

And aye Sundays, Ella can have sex ‘like a woman’ (with a male) in that a penis can be inserted but it can never be like a vagina which is so very much more than a surgically created orifice.

It doesn’t sound fun.

And I doubt most blokes who will want to explore that avenue will care that Ella may find the experience uncomfortable, if not painful.

Surgery also is generally a bit of a nightmare in terms of nerve damage. My wife had a knee operation, since which she has lost most of the sensation in large areas of that leg.

If you're lucky, and you have a very skilled surgeon, they might be able to preserve some of the nerves running into that area, but there's necessarily going to be a lot that are damaged.

I would imagine that it's a lot to go through.

"Wound" implies that you've just sliced a hole in someone and called it a vagina. It's not an open wound. There's a lining on the inside made from skin or bowel. And it has to be dilated regularly to maintain the depth. It's not literally trying to close like a wound.

Sorry, I appreciate you don't like the term 'wound' - it's meant to be descriptive, not judgemental. However, it is absolutely trying to close up. That's what the dilation is for. You wouldn't need to "maintain the depth" of an actual vagina. This is a surgically constructed cavity. And yes, it's lined with skin from the penis or bowel, which means it's not self-cleaning like a vagina is, and is subject to things like growing hair inside, getting infected, smelling bad because it's hard to clean, etc.

It's definitely a huge surgery to go through, with potential for huge ongoing issues, and a lot of issues in terms of sex and dating. I would think it's probably very traumatic. Yet another reason why putting Ella into the public eye is probably not the best or kindest thing to do.

Paul2023 · 13/10/2023 13:10

Tash reminds me of another one of the wives from the last UK series. Can’t remember her name, from Derby and mixed race.
She was a nice girl. Anyone remember her name? She had a funny laugh.
