Yes, the ranking of other couples by any criteria is a no-win task, so it was completely disingenuous of the ixperts to react the way they did.

Although you could turn it round ie Tasha and Paul are the most genuine and everyone else is joint second.

I'm a little disappointed in Luke currently, in the way he's judged Laura as a gold digger and a snob. I'm glad she talked to him separately. 🌹

The thing is, just because people don't get on it doesn't mean that they're not genuine.

I absolutely love Paul. I think he's the best one on the show.

Nathaniel just doesn’t fancy Ella, whether that’s because she’s trans or a woman or an over the top hyper sexualised woman who is a bit crude who knows. I wish he would just stop with all the “the need more depth and I want to see the real you” conversations and just be straight “pardon the pun” with her. Poor Ella they are just so mismatched.

Same with Thomas and Roz, from the wedding she was so awkward with him. Cut him loose.

Porscha and Terence - realised that th eye count be gone very quickly so have decided to stay together to last in the show and be on the telly longer.

Laura and Arthur - she can’t be bothered with him, doesn’t fancy him at all

Georges and Peggy - he’s been exactly what she wants Prince. Charming but the facade will crack.

My least favourite people are pua brad, shona (just yuck) and ella who is just repeating and repeating the same words with apparently not a shred of understanding. I also hate all the fake lips they are so offputting that I'm surprised any of them are getting any kissing in....

Why did they stop the show there? It would have been interesting to see who (if anyone) stepped in and told Brad he was out of order speaking to Shona like that. It would have been interesting to see how Shona reacted.

Brad likes to portray a zen like image of himself. Calm, intelligent and worldly. He showed his true colours there didn't he. Couldn't keep it in.

Jaysus, that was shitty asking Luke and Jay to rank them (or rather Luke). Setting them up to fail and cause conflict. Not a good look ixperts!

I agree Brad seems a narc and I feel that he shouldn’t be even on the show. They have a duty of care to the contestants not to match them up with people that will take advantage of them especially of more vulnerable contestants that “ fall in love quickly “
it’s uncomfortable watching the dynamic between Brad and Shona . Not fun to watch at all

Nathanial doesn’t fancy Ella and never will. He likes men or women with a very masculine energy (whatever that might be). What he doesn’t go for is a hypersexualised version of a woman. And he doesn’t want to just talk about sex. He’s been honest about wanting to make an emotional connection. Ella could have joined in that conversation at the dinner table but just sat there with a blank expression on her face; she didn’t get it. She’s never made those kind of connections or really thought about others because she’s so focused on her own journey and her own needs. It was never going to work and in his insta he’s said that he felt he had to agree to the marriage, to be supportive of the queer community which clearly he is part of.

re Ros and Tom; I think he had sex as he thought it was a step to moving the relationship forward but then she blanked him the next day which must have hurt him terribly, when she was just giving it a go to see if she liked it. He is fit as fuck though-absolutely ripped on his insta! However, I think they will turn it round

I think Laura is a bit of a snob and Luke and Jay are feeling sensitive about the Chelsea boy thing as that is Laura’s version of what she perceives worthy. Arthur bless him is just after someone to mother him as he doesn’t even know what he wants

Georges-well meaning fairly harmless idiot. Peggy needs to stop with the injectables; and also stop going on about Prince Charming; no man is ever going to achieve that and she will be left bitter and disappointed. Think they are well suited though

No idea why Terence is on the show; seems a nice enough chap and a great friend to have but has no time for a relationship and is not even boyfriend material never mind husband. Porsha; least said soonest mended but she has unresolved issues going on there and also wants a sugar daddy to take care of her.

I think that in real life Laura would never mix with people like Luke and Jay (and definitely not Arthur) so it didn't even occur to her to chat to them but now she's been called out on it and has gone on the defensive instead of realising yeah maybe I am a bit of a snob with preconceived ideas.

I am confused about whether Ella has had a sexual relationship since transition because of the "maybe when I'm 60" remark which contradicts what the ixpirts said about using sex to feel accepted.

They should have put Laura with Thomas. That would have made more sense.

Roz shouldn't be with anyone - she's a very strange person and I think she's probably quite manipulative. But Thomas has his guards up so high that she couldn't actually get to him.

Shona has no guards up at all. She is so vulnerable and doing absolutely everything Brad wants her to do. Her weak spot of caring so much what others think may be the thing that gets her away from him - which is no doubt why he's going in so hard on it. I'd love to see her just get sick of him and tell him to fuck off. But really, he shouldn't be on the show at all. He's abusive and terrifying. His eyes, fucking hell! He's dead inside.

I decided I like Peggy quite a lot more than I did before, especially how she spoke to Shona in such a down to earth way, and suggested a girls' night. I think she can see what the dynamic of Brad and Shona's relationship is. I also think she and ZHeorghsz are quite well suited. He wants to impress her and realises that silly childish lad stuff is not the way.

Tash and Paul seem great together but I agree with pp she needs to ditch the braids as they don't suit her at all.

Jay and Luke also seem pretty good together and while Luke is kind of meddlesome and judgemental, I also think he is sincere and quite kind. He seems annoyed by anyone who isn't being nice. Which is not a terrible quality.

My prediction for what's going to kick off next... definitely Brad and Shona are going to implode. I think Ella is going to have a meltdown. Possibly Laura and Thomas will "get closer". Any other predictions?

I don't think Laura, Luke and Jay would mix together in RL but Laura was right that neither of them had approached her either. Luke made a snap judgement on her, never spoke to her but was happily telling other people she was a gold-digger. It makes him a bit of an arse imo. But him and Jay still seem quite well matched.

Luke is really just coming across like he doesn’t like Laura, I think people are right that he thinks she looks down on them/he heard Chelsea boy and decided gold digger, assumptions/his own misconceptions. Until Jay shouted about her not approaching them I thought maybe it was Luke’s thoughts only and might cause issues but seems they’re thinking likewise.

It does seem like Laura just wanted someone with a similar lifestyle and not to be taken in/used, and Chelsea boy was how she voiced that. She did seem to change her thoughts on Arthur when he showed he loved his job, he has interests, has had a supporting role in his family - once he showed ambition and responsibility she stopped comparing him to her ex (the perceived laziness in not writing his vows won’t have helped).

Roz just seems like she’s jumped on to the fact that Thomas has insecurities and is now using that against him/to deflect from herself. That was nothing to do with his question, poor Thomas
