She’s saying that she should have won Wimbledon in 2019 because Simona was doping. And possibly implying that she should be stripped of the title. Which is unlikely to happen as I don’t think there’s any evidence Simona was doping back in 2019.

Has anyone here been to the Davis cup in Manchester this week, or planning to go?

I would have loved to have gone (since they are pretty much on the doorstep) but the timing wasn't great this week.
I'm also rubbish when it comes to figuring seating plans at the arena. (Last tickets I booked there, I got confused and ended up somewhere near the roof ).

That’s a shame. I have tickets for tomorrow and Saturday but hearing that it’s really poorly organised with massive queues for everything and not enough food and drink - and obviously you can’t take your own stuff in either. Hope the tennis makes up for it!

I've got tickets for tomorrow too, was meant to be going with a friend but she can't make it now so I'm thinking of letting daughter skive off for the afternoon but what I've read about food and drink is making me unsure, she's 9 and needs food constantly! I'm wondering it they let you leave the arena once in, if so it may be easier to nip out between matches and grab something quick from tesco etc outside then go back in.

Too far away from me unfortunately. Hope those who are going enjoy it!

Watched yesterday's tie. Although it was a big crowd, apart from the musicians, they seemed fairly quiet, which was ridiculous, given it was GB playing!

Apparently there’s an ask Rafa feature at the museum but it malfunctioned - when someone asked him what his favourite pet was he said seafood, fresh fish with some rice on the side

Still annoyed that today, the Davis Cup isn't being shown. Can't help thinking it would have been if Fed had been on the Swiss team, or Kyrgios playing for Australia. But I'm cynical like that.
