I’m only halfway through the first episode but I’m absolutely engrossed.

Anyone else watching? Thought it was interesting the Mollie Mae and Tommy didn’t reveal their pregnancy to Tyson and Paris until she was nearly 6 months gone. They can’t be remotely close despite what they’re trying to portray.

Tyson seems to be a bit of bellend and Paris appears to put up with a lot. His bipolar is blamed for a lot but I think he’s just badly behaved and entitled. The kids are feral 😳 although Venezuela seems to be more mature than her dad.

I would expect that they need a nanny. 6 kids, another on the way and a husband who walks out when he feels a situation has got too much, without regard for anyone else. Tbh it would be silly not to have a nanny or two or three. And a cleaner/cook etc.

I watched an episode and it frightened me. Paris tolerates a lot.

Tommy and Molly Mae seemed to have their shit together though.

My overriding thoughts after watching episode 1 ( which was more than enough) was thank the Lord I don't live next door to them !

I have no problem with them having a nanny, but i have no respect for the pretense that Paris runs the home and family singlehandedly.
Reality tv rarely is.

So was it a fake punch and the man wasn't really hurt?

Yes.

Just watching this now. Paris is so tolerant. I’d have had something to say when I’d come home from a long day to find he’d taken the kids to a caravan. I def wouldn’t have gone shopping, stocked all the cupboards etc. He’s scary though.
The speech thing that the son and Tyson have is odd. I’ve heard it before when I was teaching. Not sure what it is

Borntobeamum · 06/09/2023 13:52

I e only seen one episode and that was enough for me.
I really disliked the way he always has a reason for deflecting criticism. How he thinks it’s ok to walk out at pretty important occasions and blame his MH.

In my opinion, he knows exactly what he’s doing and it’s all for attention.

I think he comes over as rather an entitled child.

All I can say is I loved the show but bloody hell Molly Mae just comes across like a whinny selfish idiot. Who made Tommys whole fight about herself. All she's after is 15 minutes more of fame. Everything she says is about her self and how she feels nothing about anyone else. Not her fan at all.

Tommy is the one who wants her to give birth to, raise and homeschool ten kids without ever having to change a nappy himself.

I'll eat my hat if she does that. Unless it's part of a fake reality TV deal with secret nannies and schools

Gothambutnotahamster · 20/09/2023 16:30

She said she absolutely wouldn't be doing that, so no hat eating required!

feralunderclass · 20/09/2023 16:44

Well considering Tommy wasn't even brought up in the Travelling culture, I highly doubt that he, MM or any future kids are going to be living the life of one. I think they both want their own spin off series so are trying to give the impression that they are going to be raising their kids radically different from a stereotypical white, British family.

Botanicaa82 · 22/09/2023 06:44

I thought Molly came across well, really down to earth.
