Sam Aston as Chesney was a great little actor.

CS got the casting of the children right in that era. Jack P Shepherd, Richard Fleeshman and Helen Flanagan were very strong in their roles too.

No.he hasn't he's played him since David was about ten
The first person to play David was Thomas Ormson ,who.like a lot of young Corrie kids ,was rarely seen and rarely heard and quite wooden
