I don't think so, it was written in later on in filming, but I guess it's unclear whether that inspired the writers to think 'what if Shiv was pregnant' rather than 'oh our lead actress is pregnant we'll have to write it in', if you see what I mean.

I read somewhere that Tabitha, Romans girlfriend comes back for season 4 but I didn't see her anywhere. I wonder if her part didn't make the Final Cut. Any clues?

I don't think it was questioned so much as stated that his kids are adopted/sperm donors- there's always been speculation that was the case by viewers, so this just confirmed it.

Yes, Kendall's own paternity (i.e. is his Logan's son) wasn't questioned. He said "I'm the oldest boy" and Shiv said "you aren't", accurately remembering that Connor exists (which they have failed to do in the past, including to Connor's face).

Sometimes the writers in a show pretend the actress isn't pregnant and it looks daft. They can't do it too early as the actress might not have told them but there is quite an obvious change in her body shape that probably had to be acknowledged somehow. I'm glad they went with it, and I loved that when she says she's pregnant and Roman says "I thought you were eating your feelings" almost as a nod to the audience.

You can tell the scenes at Caroline's house were filmed last, Sarah Snook is sooooo pregnant in them.

I was very pleased to see Karolina (who I adore) triumph over Hugo (who is deplorable).

I missed what happened to Karolina?? Did she leave once it was clear Shiv wasn't going to be CEO?

I saw Harriet Walter on the South Bank the other day, and I had to fight the urge to go up and fan-girl her.

I've actually met her properly in the dim and distant past, and she was lovely, which makes me enjoy the monstrousness of Caroline even more.

Karolina told Shiv to watch out for Hugo- then when Tom turned up and Hugo slimed his way over to him he asked for Karolina. I (personally) think this shows that Shiv spoke to Tom before he showed up, and maybe even before she changed her mind in the vote.

Harriet Walter was on the other podcast last week and made quite a compelling case in favour of Caroline and her circumstances and being a somewhat distant mother. I thought she was quite human in the finale, concerned about Roman and quite tender with Shiv as they said goodbye. I think the "go away" was a bit for Peter, who was feeling pretty grumpy and invaded by their presence, particularly when they didn't go for his friend's pitch.

I love Harriet Walter. If you fancy seeing her play a completely different role, she's brilliant in series 2 of Flowers (Netflix), which is a brilliant show in its own right

That's exactly how I understood it. He was talking about Kendall's paternity, not that of his kids. Roman was saying that Kendall (unlike Shiv) is not Logan's biological child

Absolutely love the whole exec sideshow, particularly the women. To the poster wondering below, no it's made clear that Karolina stays at the end. Hugo goes up to Tom and fawns all over him, and Tom's response is to ask Hugo where Karolina is.

No, no definitely not. Roman is talking about Kendall's children. Not Logan's children. The confusion may be because Roman says he is quoting Logan, "Dad's view was: yours weren't real. Just not real .. real. That's what Dad said ... They are a pair of randos. One is a buy-in, the other one is half Rava and half some filing cabinet guy, right?"

Agree with this- they're talking about how one is adopted and one Rava with sperm donor. Nothing to do with who Kendall's father is.

I was really happy with the ending. But (don't come at me) a little bit Meh about the final episode.
I found I was bored in parts. Unlike some I didn't like the Logan home video. At this stage I just wanted it all to move along!
Also re the kids at the Barbados house.
Also Lady C is very wealthy herself - why would Peter's friend not pitch to her. Why just the kids?
Maybe when I go for my second viewing I can enjoy it more. I was v satisfied with the ending, really liked Greg playing both sides as usual and getting caught and Tom coming out on top and the change in dynamic now between him and Shiv.
