I've just caught up and I feel bloody robbed. I'd have loved the ixperts to go to town on Hazz. Although, everyone pissing themselves laughing at him at the dinner party (almost) made up for it.

I listened to a podcast on the show by one of the previous Uk contestants. Apparently, for the couples that weren't shown on the reunion, it was because their time on the couch was too nasty and vicious that it couldn't really be shown. I've also heard rumours that Harrison and Brontë were threatening legal action because of how they were represented.

So glad O&T and L&M are still together.
Loved them taking the piss out of pube-head.
Sorry to read some of the gossip (eg re J&C - but of course, the whole thing is really one massive set up isn’t it).
Hope D&E work out. They deserve it.

It was Lana's podcast! It was the most recent one - she has Ella Ding from last years MAFS OZ on, which was quite interesting - she's had Harrison on her podcast so interesting to hear her take on his behaviour!

I haven't listened to the podcast he's been on (yet!) but it was interesting as the podcast is presented by Ella and Dom - Ella had nothing to do with him in the run up to him being on, but Don was talking to him regularly. Apparently he was crying etc and Ella didn't buy it, but it sounds as though Don possibly did? Will need to give it a listen for myself to see though!

You have GOT to listen to Dom and Ella 's podcast with Harrison. It's so illuminating and he comes across so differently and much more self aware than he seemed. If what he's saying is true, then the way he was edited was SHOCKING!!

I’ve just started watching MAFS Uk from the first series and it’s a completely different show. I’ve never watched any before this latest Australia one. It’s more like First Dates where they actually pair people who might actually be compatible, rather than a Towie style reality show.

I came back here to say this - reluctantly, I'm seeing him in a bit of a different light now. And a lot of what he is saying does make sense when you look at how a lot of things have played out, I don't think we were being shown a lot of the context. It's definitely worth a listen tho - he's still not my favourite person but I like that they held his feet to the fire about things and made him explain himself, and he did come across funnier than I would have thought.

I saw an article with Alyssa saying that they had re-recorded conversations saying entirely different things which might explain some of the sheer nonsense that seemed to be shown, particularly around their conversations about her child taking priority etc.

I remember in the last season one of the bad guys being shown clips from earlier in the experience and he said it was edited so that it was completely out of context.

Also Jesse was interviewed on the So Dramatic podcast (I think) and said that all those ick things were said on completely different days - they just kept asking him and prompting him.

I've just watched/read Jesse's recent insta Q&A for all of you who don't do insta. You're welcome.

Jesse said the edits were brutal ie none of the villains were villains and none of the 'goodies' were goodies. His top choice for who he thinks he should have been matched with was Alyssa (so obviously she wasn't anywhere near as bad as edited).

He said Claire sent Adam DMs after they'd kissed and asked to meet up again. Adam confirmed that had happened. (doesn't mean Adam is telling the truth - I don't know what Claire has said about it).

He doesn't think Harrison threw a grenade in his relationship with Claire. Jesse said the producers, etc, were really pressuring him to forgive Claire and stay in the process. He said Harrison was the first person to say what Jesse had been thinking himself ie that he didn't want to forgive her.

When he said Claire was coming to Perth at the final commitment ceremony, they edited out that the sentence finished with '... for Lyndall's birthday party'. They never had any plans to get together again.

Jesse and Janelle went out a few times after filming ended and shared one peck on the lips but aren't dating because they're in completely different parts of Australia. Jesse, Janelle, Ollie and Tahnee all went to a festival together.

Jesse said Ollie and Claire had a fight at one of the dinner parties but it was edited out. He didn't say what the fight was about.

They all get paid about $1175 per week during filming. They need to buy all their own clothes even for the weddings.

I think it was clear how much he disliked her almost from the start. Editing or not he was really mean about her personality.
