We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through all three series of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are currently nearing the end of series 4 of Spooks but have agreed to take a short break after this series to go back to our first love - Our Girl and the consensus was to view series 2. Two years later and Georgie has recovered. She's instructing new medics, gazes out of the window and who should be striding across the courtyard but CJ.

I do think Georgie seems quite good in a training role and now she has seen CJ walking across the parade ground.

Yes I could never work if CJ and Molly were already married when he had to be best man to the bridegroom who never turned up

CJ offers Georgie a role out in Kenya.

Eeeek our first sighting of Jamie.

Now he is talking about Molly and Georgie seems familiar with all that so presume they were married and Elvis was his best man. Remember BA saying in his pre series 2 interview that they were each other's best man

Is anoyone else getting photos of Boris on here? He can hardly compare with CJ and Elvis now, can he?

I've grown more sympathetic to Dr Dull over the course of our re-watches. It's not really his fault, It's pretty normal to want a settled home life. Not saying he still isn't a bit dull compared to Elvis, but can't blame him too much. However, there is quite a fixation with marriage in this series.

Yes, I am...cannot compare with Elvis, perish the thought, although his love life is rumoured to be just as lively!!!

ilove it was when there was a pre screening of the first episode of this and ice mist put us on to it and somehow I saw it. Probably later on You Tube. He was all chatty and give little snippets of the story and about his friend El is, setting the scene really.

I must admit I didn't take to Monk in this series

Yes, Monk did come across as cocky and rather unlikeable in the first series, but he improves over time.

Meanwhile, explosions at the camp just as they arrive.

Just as they arrive at the camp, there's an explosion. Georgie jumps into action immediately.

Those injuries are horrendous

Kiki is less than impressed with Georgie.

Kiki and Georgie clash over treatment - but the reality is that they camp is in a difficult position and there's limited help.

I just love the way Georgie cuts Monk down to size after his sexist comment.

Jamie and Georgie talk over Facetime (or whatever).

Georgie escapes to her tent to talk to Dr Dull. Compared to Monk's humour, he must seem a relief. She could do with a doctor right now.

Ah, Brains is trying to get on the right side of Georgie. CJ interrupts the party - he has form for conversations in Meds tents.

CJ is being very apologetic about Elvis. I still think he is fishing for how much Georgie knows of Elvis's story.

CJ tries to bring the conversation round to Elvis but Georgie just isn't interested.

She has a dream about Elvis however - I do like the look of that uniform he is wearing!
